A pet you would NEVER have!
On the same line as my other thread. ;)
Me? DOGS. ANY KIND. I hate dogs. They're disgusting to me, and I'm scared of them anyways. Yes, I'm weird. But they freak me out and smell bad, IMO. :p I also would never have a ferret! Those things smell horrible. And I don't think they're cute at all. |
I would never have a snake. I am not scared of them and I don't mind being around them when guys have them, but they are just boring. All they do is sit there. Plus, if you had a little one and it got out, it could get stuck in a heat vent or something. That would be totally gross.
I love dogs and cats - they have so much personality and are lots of fun to play with! |
There was a pet store near me that had two snakes in a huge habitat. One was 19 foot albino and the other was 20 feet long . . . Freaky.

Rabbits, guinea pigs, and tarantulas.
I'll have dogs, cats, and/or fish, but never the above. |
Big snakes. Yuck.

Rabbits- they're cute, but crazy
Any of the following breeds of dogs: Poodle, chihuahua, beagle, lhasa apso, yorkie, basically any tiny little yappy dog Anything with more than 4 legs- creepy Snakes- not scared of them, but don't feel the need to have one Ferrets- stinky and mean Monkeys- they're just as perverse as people are Hamsters and gerbils- evil Guinea pigs- too timid |

Another rabbit used to think she was a dog, she would come when called and would beg. Though rabbits are adorable I have to suggest another reason not to get one, they have terrible immune systems! Even after shots and stuff! All, but one, died of different diseases, all of which the Vet never heard of. :( |

Dogs! I detest them with every fiber of my being, and I'm afraid of them. (I'm also extremely allergic to them, but I guess that doesn't really count as a reason, because there are animals that I'm allergic to that I wish I owned.)
|
ANYTHING with feathers!!!
i am mortified of birds! :( |

Parrots (too noisy and my future kids could fight over it)
Snakes Rats Certain dog breeds Hairless cats (don't get me started on this tirade!!!) |
No reptiles, rodents, or insects for me. No birds either. I will stick with my dog. :)
|
Any kind of reptile or bug is out for me. Yuck.
I don't necessarily dislike cats, but I can't breathe around them. So, I would never own one! |
Cats. They dislike me and I dislike them, and am also really allergic to them.
Hamsters, Rats, Mice, Guinea Pigs... anything rodent like. Snakes. Birds... carry diseases. I'm a huge dog person though... I LOVE THEM. |
Millipede...yes I know someone who had one for a pet, bought it from the pet store and everything...my question...WHY?
Any other kind of bug...they belong either outside or squished on the bottom of my shoe |
spiders or snakes
|
reptiles and insects....they are evil
|
birds & monkeys, both scare the shiznit outta me

I am HORRIFIED of them!!! Why on EARTH would anyone want one as a pet???? |
No rodents, reptiles, or bugs. I also will never own a cat. I hate dumping the litter when it needs to be dumped and I am allergic to them.
I used to be highly scared of dogs. Now, I just hate the yappy ones and the really big ones that have bad reps like Rot Rilers (spelling?) and Doberman Pinchers. I do want a Rat Tail Terrier. They are the cutest things that I have ever seen in my life! They are smart and very good with children. They love to play and to be paid attention to but they are able to play by themselves if needed. When I used to have one, it was potty-trained to go outside within a week. Amazing! |

I used to detest little dogs ("rat dogs" I would call them..) because I had two rottweilers who I loved, but I just got a new puppy because my rotts live with my mum ( no way i can have them in a 1 bdrm apt!) and he's amazing..doesn't EVER bark..and he's a toy chihauaha. He's a short-haired black and tan..everything I love about my rotties in a smaller, purse-sized package :)http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/...chrldr/5r-.jpg

I won't have any reptiles, they are okay to look at, but not as pets for this girl. Same as arachnids or any insect. Not a fan of birds either. My neighbors have a pet GOOSE . They told the landlady the Latin name, she just though it was an exotic bird. The goose wears diapers indoors, and she paddles about in the bathtub. When we work in the garden goose helps eat the weeds. They are thinking of getting a kiddie pool for her to play in when we're outside. She is molting now and and there are feathers all over the parking lot. Yay for a college town in a farming community and people bring their FFA & 4-H projects home! |

Also, never would have a pet spider, or pet bird. Birds would be annoying. |

I would Never. Ever. get a pet spider. Deathly afraid of them. Besides, bugs are not pets. I won't get a big dog, or at least not for a while. I can't forsee myself living anywhere big enough for that kind of dog any time soon. I wouldn't get one unless I could give it the space it needs to run around and stuff. No birds. I had a quail when I was in kindergarten, and it did not impress me. Same with hamsters: had 11 of them at one point (one had babies), and that was uncool. Lots of cage cleaning. Maybe it would have been better if I had just had the one. |
