Favorite shows that have been cancelled....
 

I really liked Alicia Silverstone's show "Miss Match". However, I am not surprised it was cancelled. A show about a matchmaker can only go so far before the creativity is gone. I liked the episodes that I did see. Plus, the clothes were so awesome.

One of my favorite shows was a Canadian show called Due South. Paul Gross...yummy!

Dark Angel - I really liked the first season. The second season was really odd, and they changed it to Friday night. I was bitter when it went off.

Two shows that I used to really like, "Pretender" and "Profiler". I think that it was just too weird for most people.

* Babylon 5 was planned as a 5-year story arc, so it's not surprising that it went off the air after 5 seasons. The trouble came when the network started talking about cancelling the show after only 4 seasons. The creator, J. Michael Straczynski, had to scramble with rewrites to try to tell the final two years of the story in one season... then the network turned around and renewed B5, so JMS had to come up with some story to tell during the resurrected fifth season, and, well... it wasn't the best season of the show... not surprisingly.

Undeclared. I was surprised that the show was cancelled.

"Who's Line is it Anyways" reruns are on ABC Family usually weeknights around 10ish or 11ish. I think I've seen the British version reruns on Comedy Central as well, but I think it was at random times, like weekends or something.

Quantum Leap was good stuff I hate how they ended it.

From this past year, Happy Family. There were some brilliant bits in it, but it suffered from bad time slotitis.

I also liked Miss Match. It was a very cute show. I never saw any of the others (don't watch much TV).

oh my word!!! i used to love that show. looking back, i think it was so corny!!!!!!!!!

I LOVED Fifteen! My mommy and I would watch it. It was so dramatic!

I really liked Relativity. It came on for about a season on ABC.

In the Line of Fire. A shortlived fill in for NYPD Blue.

It was another teenage soap opera, like Fifteen. It only lasted a few months in the summer of 1992. Sarah Michelle Gellar was on it. I loved that show and the "Gotta Grow Up" song/dance.

Buffy: (technically it wasn't cancelled though. UPN had a contract through the 7th season, so Joss Whedon (creator, producer, writer) knew ahead of time that unless Sarah (Michelle Geller) resigned that the 7th would be the last)

Angel: I'm still mad at the WB for cancelling it. And what the heck was up with the series finale? What was that ending about?

Star Trek: TNG & Voyager: I gladly admit that I'm a huge trekkie. LOL. I was very sad when TNG went of the air and when UPN cancelled Voyager. Seven of Nine was cool on Voyager. LOL.

Felicity: Was I the only one who didn't like the ending?

Models Inc.: Wasn't the ending HORRIBLE!!! We still have no idea who was shot!!!! :)

Sisters: I loved the premise of this show. Plus, George Clooney was in it.

Sunset Beach: I know it's a soap opera, but I was saddened when it was cancelled. As soon as I got into it they cancelled it for Passions. But hey I like Passions, so I guess it's all good.

Lois & Clark: Dean Cain was just a hottie as Superman. :)

Family Guy will be returning in Fall 05...hopefully Mr. McFarlane keeps to the old theme and not change anything or tame it up :)

(another thread remined me of this show) It was great. But towards the end there was too many cast changes (and set changes...what the hell the with the pretty precinct??).

I was disappointed that X-Files ended.....:(

I also wish that Seinfeld would come back..........even a reunion episode would be cool.

Nikki_DZ, have you seen Serendipity, The Family Guy or Black Hawk Down? Mr. Jeremy Piven is all three of those. LOL. He is a hottie though. :)
