Yeah the city is in total shock right about now.
I heard on the radio driving in to work this morning that his granddaughter states that the mechanic that was helping him work on som SUV had gotten an argument earlier in the day with someone, and the same person came back to settle it. This may have been the case of John Whitehead being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Senseless is what it is.......pure senseless and craziness.

From People Daily...

http://i.timeinc.net/people/i/2004/0...524/mlopez.jpg

The honeymoon never even started for Ali Landry (Eve) and Mario Lopez: Less than two weeks after their romantic wedding in Mexico, the actress has split from the former Saved by the Bell star because of alleged infidelities.

"He's cheated on her for several years, and she just found out last week," a source close to the actress tells PEOPLE. "They never had a honeymoon, and he was out at a club last week without his wife."

vanda 05-13-2004 02:07 PM

I read that her friends were pleading with her even minutes before the ceremony to not marry him. Dang, the checks for the wedding probably haven't cleared yet and it's over. Also, a lot of Hollywood folk thinks Mario is really in the closet.

I've heard that ol' Slater is on the deep down-low, LOL.
But of course, if he's being promoted as macho, that won't do. And also, he's doing a radio DJ shift at the "Hot 92" R&B/old school station in L.A.

SKEEphistAKAte 05-13-2004 02:34 PM

Mario is adorable... the dimples always got me.

AKA2D '91 05-13-2004 02:37 PM

Mario reminds me of Greg Louganis. He was in the closet for years. :o

AKA2D '91 05-13-2004 03:01 PM

Now that you mention it...

I remember that. :D

kiml122 05-13-2004 03:03 PM

Aahh man that really sucks about Ali and Mario. I didn't even know that they had gotten married already.

MeezDiscreet 05-13-2004 03:56 PM

They've been together for 6 years. Yeah, Slater always seemed a little sugary to me, especially after the movie.

Well, you have a year to send a wedding gift. So, if it's a Hollywood couple, they would receive it about 360 days after the nuptials. Mama didn't raise no fool!

That title goes to Robin Givens and Zsa Zsa Gabor, who both have had one day marriages.

Steeltrap, you gotta admit, though, that maybe if Mrs. Diesel made herself a little "scarce" the day before games, Shaq might have his legs under him a bit better.

...but that's just a theory between us high-school and college intra-mural sports legends. :p

CTFU. CTFU. CTFU.
But Mrs. Shaunie Diesel probably doesn't make herself scarce because she wants to hang on to her very good thing.:p
