anyone remember this classic? i watched the disney channel like a mad woman when we got it! (this was back in the day when it didn't come with your cable....it was like HBO and showtime where it was an added charge.) but i watched the OLD mickey mouse club (with ANNETTE), all the old goofy and donald cartoons.....and kids incorporated was my FAVORITE show....the cast seemed to change every week!

Holly hell yes I remember that show! Come on - it's was Miss Love's first big break (Jennifer Love Hewitt). I loved it because of all the singing in dancing. That and the Mickey Mouse Club of course! Oh how I wanted to be on one of those shows when I was a kid. It was a dream of mine!

i think other than the Edison Twins, the endless replays of that movie where Alan Thicke had a robotic son, Sidekicks, and Kids, Incorporated, I REALLY liked D-TV, the music videos they made with the cartoons.

My favorites: The Heart of Rock & Roll, and There Must be an Angel, which had all these cherubs and centaurs (or something) in pastel colors falling in love.

I loved Kids, INC. and MMC ... it was there that I first saw Eric Balfour (Fearless), who's starring in the new NBC pilot filming here. I loved how they also had those old school BabySitters' Club movies, Ready or Not, and that one with Tucker and Becca.

I'd wake up early for Mousercise too!

I loved Avonlea. (Yes, I am a dork. :) )

When I was little my babysitter made me watch Under The Umbrella Tree.

If you remember that shit, THAT's old school.....lol

I remember the chick on UTUT always pronounced "again" as "a-GAIN". I never understood why, and then seeing the South park Movie explained a lot.

i remember when the disney channel was a special channel like hbo. there would be a couple of times throughout the year where they would have disney on a regular channel for a couple of days to try to get people to get the channel. i swear i would stay home as much as i could when that happened and just watched that channel.

Yea Mousercise!! Does anyone remember the name of the show where the kid would fly around with aerosol cans? I think it was the same guy that is in "Can't Hardly Wait" as the fraternity boy ("DIK") that comes back to visit.

My mom loved avonlea, and I would wtch Under the umberella tree all the time... sigh

Wow, i just had a serious flashback. Did any of the kids from kids INC go on to bigger and better things?

I loved Avonlea. I would still watch the reruns if they were on. The Hallmark channel used to run them but they don't anymore.

I don't know...I liked Five Mile Creek, which I think had a dork factor of +10

Yep--remember all them famous Kids Inc people. One of the lesser known guys was Dee Caspary, a 'guitarist' in the background but he's a big time choreographer now. I took his "Break the Floor" class when he was in Honolulu two years ago.

I remember Wild Orchid when Renee was in it too. And who could forget Martika?

The group of the Mickey Mouse Club was called "THE PARTY" and the brunette was Tiffini Hale (can you TELL I was a big fan?). I didn't really think she could sing for isht, but hey--she was hot I guess.

Dee Dee Magno was in the national touring cast of Miss Saigon and married Cliffton Hall, a guy who starred opposite her lead and who was in Castle Performing Arts with me. She still looks the same!
