Scary Movie 2
 

I saw the movie opening night. Since everyone probably hasn't seen it yet, I will not give anything away. However, for those of you who have seen it, did anyone notice anything about the scene that first shows them on the college campus? The pink and gold banner...?

No, I don't recall a pink and gold banner. I would say that I'll look for it next time but I refuse to watch another Wayan's brothers movie. I don't want to give anything away either, but all I can say (in my best Men on Films voice) is "HATED IT". What was your opinion of it?

Oh come on you guys, stop being such spoiled sports. The movie was WAY FUNNY!!!
Everything from the opening scene to the last line. There were a few thing in between that weren't funny, but all and all--it was hilarious!!!! Just like the first one!!!

I didn't get to see it on the 4th as planned, but I saw it today. I didn't notice the banner...

I don't want to give the movie away either, but I will say this. The beginning was funny!!! However, later, I began to wish they would hurry up already! Plus, there were on a few (6 tops) people in the theatre. So, I need to go see it when there is a crowd.

Ok, "HATED IT" was my thoughts the first go round. I think I might be the only person alive to sleep through it. The first 10 minutes and I was out.

Well, it was stated that on the previewing of Scary Movie 1, his mother walked out on it during the first somewhat minutes, and the show was a hit. So if she walked out on this on-Scary Movie 2, who knows it may be a hit. This is just here say now.

What did the banner say?

I was thinking just the opposite Licker...you'd have to be drunk or high to find this movie funny!

I saw it last night and I admit there were SOME really funny parts...but for the most it just seemed like a goofy movie.

The funniest character in this movie to me was the trash-talking bird. Now he was hilarious!

I guess I'm just silly.. but I liked it. I was cracking up the whole time. I read this thread before I saw it but I forgot to look for the banner. But may I be the first to say that Tori Spelling needs to GIVE IT UP.

It had SOME ok parts, but it was not "fallin' out laughin' 'til you can't breathe" funny. To me it was just OK.

The opening scene was HILARIOUS. But the rest of the movie was a disappointment. It had it's moments, but they were too few and far between to keep me awake. And I went with a "buzz" and a crowded theatre...didn't help. Scary Movie 3??? Stop the MADNESS.

Please tell me what was on the banner. I didn't notice it.

It was a pink banner with gold lettering:

"Gay Phi A"

I missed the first ten minutes so it was very bad. But it's no more than what the trailer said it would be...more shameless. i was very upset with Shawn having to be gay...damn, damn damn!

Did you not see the first one? They displayed him then of having "gay tendancies", for lack of a better word.

The banner must be tongue in cheek because isn't Keenan Wayans an Alpha from Howard.

I thought they where gonna have Shawn trying to pledge that Gay Phi A....now I know that would have really pissed people off. I have heard that Keanon is an Alpha though. But I felt that the first movie was muvh funnier..I dont know that ghost thingy didn't sit right with me and they didn't have a wide selection of movies to parody. It was cool though.

I think it was tongue in cheek also. From what I know, Keenan pledged Alpha at Tuskeegee...but I may be wrong.
