I'll reveal my true weight because I am not ashamed and am quite proud. I'm 97 pounds. While this may be underweight for many people, keep in mind I'm only 4'9 thus my weight is perfectly proportioned to my height :) As my pictures show in the link in my signature. :)

I honestly don't know how much I weigh. I've never owned a scale, so the only time I get weighed is when a doctor does it. I have an idea of the general range but really couldn't guess.
Honestly the whole focus on "how many pounds" is completely the wrong way to think. All I know is I'm 5'8" and wear a size 6, but usually buy a 4 in jeans. Just enough curves, IMO. I get a lot of compliments, and I think a lot of it is because I don't look like a stick. I try to eat relatively healthy food, but I don't starve myself. I drink a lot of water. If I'm hungry, I eat. When I'm not hungry, I stop eating, even if there's food still on the plate. If I want chocolate, I let myself have some. I try to not be a couch potato, but I don't run marathons. So far this seems to work. As long as I feel good and feel like I look good, I really could care less what the scale says. |
