Well we aren't owners. John is the exclusive owner which he has been since he purchased the original Greek Source site.

We are just moderators . . . make of that title and power what you will :)

It's really not EVERYBODY that has a problem being respectful and having intelligent discussinon/debate there are just a few people who post here who are drama/isht disturbers who say offensive things on purpose and ruin it for the rest of us...

But honestly I am not dramatic, I am just so self absorbed it doesn't really occur to me that anyone would get their panties in a bunch over what someone else they will never even see writes. :)

A bit of controversy brewing has never hurt anyone. But, I agree that some go above and beyond the call of duty. :)

I as a Mod, would like to try to explain all of this to you, but it has been explained before!

Well why not!

Administrator=Owns the Site and has final Call for Deleting and Banning peope!

Moderators= Have the right of judgement about what Threads to ban on Their Threads.

This job as a Mod as is the Aministrators is not taken lightly!

If a Thread becomes to inflamed or some people keep inflaming others, it can be locked or Deleted.

Deleted, it does take All Posts from the Site and The Numbers that go with it for posting.


It is very easy, just read the Rules of Greek Chat!

You are a guest here, like having a Drivers License. You dont have to be here.

There are Many Mods Like Me and Most are, they do not take lightly about deleting a Thread or Locking it!

Do the Mods discuss things amongst themselves, yes. If there is enough of a general concencious of oppinion, it is presented to The Adminastrator who makes the final judgement and He also does not take it lightly.

While I cannot speak for everyone here, I am Damn Glad for the people I have met on GC!

I was joking. That popped in my mind after the Omarosa reference, but I reread that part, and I think that person was referring to um....blueambition. You know how Omarosa always said "I went from the projects to the white house".
