SURREY - A baby found face down in the water of a bathtub has died in Children's Hospital in Vancouver.

The 10-month-old Surrey infant was being bathed along with its two-year-old brother when the father - who is 17 - left the bathroom to throw out a diaper.

While he was gone the baby slipped under the water.

The baby's mom was not home at the time.

The RCMP say there is no evidence of negligence.

The Children's Ministry is investigating.

This is why I believe in Anti-Sex laws.

You know, not everybody who has sex has babies.

Seventeen is way too young to be a parent, but to be fair, this has happened to people who are much older and more experienced.

She used to be an assistant DA in Illinois. I think. I also know she was the legal correspondent for the Today show for awhile, and she had her own courtroom show for a (mercifully) brief period of time.

Good lord, I used to be an assistant public defender in Illinois -- can I have my own show?!

Now, now don't knock Payless because Star Jones is a lawyer and spokesperson for their shoes.

TOTALLY. That would rock. You'd have to have a catch phrase, though. I think it should be ska-bizzle. It means absolutely nothing, but you know people would be saying it inside of a week.

True, I've rocked many a pair of vinyl goodies in my day. But it's not so much the shoes as the spokesperson.

Oh, and being a somewhat plus-sized Black woman and being afraid that people will think I'm Star when I walk into the store. That keeps me out of the stores too. :D
