Also, we are working to improve the quality of music you hear on AI, so for each theme night, we will be asking you to contribute a song title appropriate for both Fantasia and Matt. These should be songs that are not actually songs yet, but should be. For instance:

Country night - Fantasia:

"I went to get my singing on, and my clothes came off"

or the ever-popular (okay, soon to be)

"Shumpshin's wrong with my speech but it don't bother me none"


Matt:

"I'm in love with myself forever and ever amen"

or how about

"I'm a washed up has-been football player who can't let go of the dream"

ARGH. I can't stand listening to her. "shum other guy" sticks out in my mind as one of the many words not pronounced correctly in the song.
And take those "yeahs" at the end and shove them where the sun don't shine!!!!!!!!!!!

Just saw this! I'm here too though! Regarding the 'open mouthedness' of Fanfasia...We know she's gotten lots of practice on that! How else did she have a child when she was like 12!?

I'm watching it now (again, I'm in Germany, we get it the next day!). Haven't gotten to Fanny yet, but I'm curious to see her!

I hate to admit it, but at the beginning of Fanfasia's performance, I was thinking "ok, she's not quite as obnoxious as usual (but WTF is she wearing?)." Then, since lord knows she can't not be obnoxious for more than 30 seconds at a time, she had to break out the extended remix of the "yeah yea-uhs" at the end and completely stomp the life out of the song. It made me want to shove a few pairs of socks in her mouth (you know you could fit at least 2 or 3 pairs of them in there). Ugh. :rolleyes:

there was a part last night where the cameras forgot to switch and the camera was focused on her ass for like 10 seconds. I mean HELLO! We don't wanna see that. And gosh, didn't anyone tell you it's not good to sing to the backstage??? Or maybe that's just in theater. But still... turn around damnit!

She even managed to work the "yeah yea-uhs" into the {product-placed car} commercial last night. It gets more awful with every show.

"Yeah" I noticed the freakin' Yeah-Yeah's in the commercial. UGH!!!

I did that from the moment she sang the line, "There's shumthing about the way you look tonight" until well into the commercial break. It's just awful! When Simon began talking, I was yelling at the TV, "Please, Simon, tell her to stop with the freaking 'yeahs' and spare us all from this torture!"

What did Simon say to her specifically? I was in the car and a friend on the phone was giving me commentary, but she couldn't hear what Simon had said!

He basically just said that it was okay but it sounded like she was "screaching" in parts of the song and that it wasn't her best performance.

Ever notice that whenever Simon crits her that she always shouts, and i mean shouts, how much fun she's having??? It's like she is trying to cancel out/disregard the comment he makes... even if they may help her.

ARG... her personality is just grating....

i haven't watched much this season (just started new job) but...

1. stop drinking so much. it's not ladylike to slur your words like that.

Seeing Fanfasia next to Tamyra Grey last night just emphasized how annoying, unattractive, and classless she really is.

It's a conspiracy. Anyone who's anyone knows that there's NWIH America would ever let people like Diana, LaToya, and Jasmine in the bottom three pit. I won't be surprised if George somehow manages to be in the bottom three next week.
