whats everyone's nicknames?
 

the other post about everyone's first names reminded me of this- esp since greek family lines often give out pledge names and what not.... so i was wondering what everyone else's were?

our pledge names in our family lines are called titles b/c our moms give us sheets with quotes on them that are inside jokes and shout outs etc to other sisters- and we are supposed to find out who they are from and to etc... so mine was ghetto quacker b/c my mom though i always acted ghetto b/c i'm from poughkeepsie and i say madd and stuff and then i loveee ducks- so i'm ghetto quacker... and my pledge name from my pledge sisters is chuck b/c i got really drunk at a mixer when i obviously wasn't supposed to (since its strictly dry) and i was trying to hide drinking in the corner- and i was riding home in the car and the next thing i knew- i was throwing up all over one of my pledge sisters lol- so i was known as upchuck- or shortened to chuck.... (she wasn't mad and its one of my famous stories) lol

oh yea and i forgot about the name that my housemates (7 guys and one otehr girl) gave me last year- shaggy. they kept it secret for about a month and had no idea until my friend accidently called me shags instead of mags... and he wouldn't tell me what happened- so i got my girl katie really wasted off tequila to get her to tell me and she finally spilled and said it was b/c the guys thought i walked like shaggy (like scooby doo shaggy) when i'm hungover or tired.. which is so not true! lol but the name stuck :D

i called my best friend when i was 14 brandy bean....she came back with "monica moo"...it stuck and my car has lil cows in the back window and cow print seat covers. my room was at one time totally decorated in cow print stuff, everyone would buy me lil cow figurines and stuffed animals on random occasions, but it has died down a lot. :)

mom attempted to call me "moe"....i hated it when ppl called me "mon" or "moni"....."mon" has since grown on me, though. ;) my friend nathan is the only one who is allowed to call me "mony" (like pony). :D

Oh geez, I have some weird ones...

My husband calls me "Mrs. Bull". The origin of this odd nickname goes like this:

My name is Tracy
Most people call me "Trace"
When I met my husband, he morphed that into "Tracer", then "Tracer Bullet"
THEN, he eventually shortened that to "Bull" (romantic, right? lol), then "Miss Bull" and since we've been married it's been "Mrs. Bull"


My best friend from college calls me "Trixie" to this day because when we spent the summer living together at the Jersey shore, the cook at the restaurant where we both worked gave me that as a nickname. I still call her by the nickname he gave her, "Marinara" (her name is Mara)

Oh yeah me and my diamond sis used to have our own nicknames too, I was Sailor Jupiter and she was Sailor Mars. I even put pictures of them on the paddle I made for her.

I never got good nicknames either. Erin is kinda hard to shorten into anything. I got Errie (Erry, Arrie, etc, we never did figure out how to spell it) a lot in high school.

My KKPsi nickname is Bubbles.

In Alpha Xi we don't give nicknames (in my chapter anyways). But there was one sister who called me D-Girl. I liked it, so I would try to use it every once in a while. If we could change our screennames on here (which I would love to do) that's what I would change it to.

Oh, and my husband calls me "Babe" - sometimes so often I think he's already forgotten my real name. :rolleyes:

My name is Kiran but few people can actually pronounce it right so I have gone by Kiki for a long time now. My friends either call me that or some variation like Kikikins (yeah I know...:( ), Key, Kiks, etc. Some people call me Kir, but not many anymore.

My mom calls me Nini (I have no idea?), my dad calls me "sweetness and light" which makes me laugh b/c I think it sounds so funny, and my brother well...he usually calls me something not very nice, but he likes to mix it up and keep it interesting so I never know what kind of mean name I am going to get. :D

In high school everyone called me Keeron and I could not STAND it...thank god that is over! :mad: :rolleyes:

My pledge nickname is B.A.V., which sucks, because the other girls have such great names like Blue Balls and Cherrypicker.

Pretty much all my friends call me Kath, a lot of girls in the house call me K-Dawg, and I also get #2 a lot due to our evil numbering system. ;)

However, my favorite nickname of all time would be the names we gave each other in high school CC - I'm Fatty McChubbs, another girl was Fatty T, then we had Saddlebags, Cellulite, Cottage Cheese, etc...

Many refer to me by my initials "K.T." -- I even received a wedding invite from one of my brothers addressed to "K.T.".

Also known as MTV. My badge number is 5 and my chapter's name is Mu Tau... So the roman numeral 5 plus the chapter name = MTV.
