I honestly couldn't blame John if he pulled the plug on this deal, it's enough to give anyone an ulcer.

I was very glad when GC came back also. I miss not being able to log in when it's down, so i understand your relief at it coming back up. But then again, seeing the tone of most of the replies to your thread, maybe it's best it goes down a lot.

I know she's only been registered for 2 months and that's why i asked her a question and didn't jump down her throat.

It has been going down a lot lately but John has been really really busy and probably doesn't have much time on his hands.

And the main point was that we do not pay for this service, it is provided free to us by John.

You may not have jumped down her throat but you were being a smart @$$ which I would equate as being just as rude and uncalled for.

Ok, I'll rephrase that...for awhile she had more posts then me and definatly more post per day average before I started posting heavily again...but 393 is still LOTS of post for 2 months....

A) I think those of you who say you're not addicted or not addicted anymore are in denial.

B) Computers are machines. Machines break. GC will go down sometimes.

C) What does it matter how many posts anyone makes in any given length of time?

D) If we had to pay for it, how many of us would be here?

E) What's the problem with the thread? It will go away quickly.

F) Trying very hard to think of stuff to fill out a few more letters.

I didn't say that there's anything WRONG wioth lots of posts in a short amount of time, but I would prefer those posts have something more to say then "Greekchat is down again"

You never know...it could keep coming up and up...one day, it could surpass the old random thread...ok, not likely, whatever....

Some people have different perceptions of things and I'm sorry you feel the way you do.

I still don't think it was rude, it was a simple question, that's all.

But like I said before, we do not pay for this service and I think some slack should be given to the man "John" if the server happens to go down.

When someone posts a sarcastic thread about the server going down a lot, I may take it as such.

But that is just me.
