PUFFY AND J-LO...NO MO?

I just heard on the news that, according to Puffy, the two split-up a couple of days ago.... http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif

.........hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Go figure! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

( I just had to use MO for more... http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/wink.gif http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

Finally,
My wait is over http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif . Hell, Puff has been handcuffin her for the longest. He must know that a brother has been plottin. It's cool though. Now is the best time for me, since light-skinned brothers http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/cool.gif are making a comeback. Jennifer won't be able to resist my charm. She's use to brothers with a lotta money http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif, though. I will have to break her outa that...

kinda like JZ says:

"Even if they don't understand the dough, they understand the flow" http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

SweetestDiva 02-14-2001 08:38 PM

Actually, I'd heard that they were broken up a few weeks ago - in the midst of all of Puffy's trial drama. I also heard that she has to testify, so I wonder how that will go....

Oh, and Bobby Earl - you might have a chance. She swears her love don't cost a thing... http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/rolleyes.gif

Did anyone hear about Puffy's outburst that occured on the set of J-Lo's movie set for "The Wedding Planner"? I saw on MTV News that when they were filming the movie Jennifer was involved in a kissing scene with her co-star and Puffy went bolistic and had to be removed from the set. He had to be restrained and everything. All because he became jealous at the sight of her kissing another man even though it was only a movie.

LOL @ Bobby Earl's love for J-Lo although I don't care for her BEST OF LUCK to you in your romantic pursuits. LOL @ Sweetest Diva's commentary about her love not costing a thing. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif

Here is the link about the newest Hollywood breakup courtesy of MY YAHOO: http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/eo/2001...t_quits_1.html

prospectiverushee 02-15-2001 12:36 AM

First Tom and Nicole call it quits after about a trillon years of marriage, and now JLo and Puffy have called it quits! Say it ain't so. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

LOL@SweetestDiva. That comment was cute. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

MarvyG 02-15-2001 01:08 AM

I figured they were on the verge of breakup especially with all the things Puffy's going through right now. I also saw his outburst on MTV News, he is very jealous. I think this break up may have been a good thing for J-Lo because Puffy seems very demanding of her.

Ideal08 02-15-2001 08:50 AM

See, I just heard on the radio yesterday that their break-up was all rumors and that he got her a bomb Vday gift (IMO): Luther Vandross. I mean, for real, how nice is that, to have your favorite balladeer (sp?) serenade you?

Light-skinned brothers are making a comeback? I didn't realize. When are the brown-skinned sisters going to be in style or did I miss something? http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

I am sorry lady, but I make no apologies for that comment. It's funny how white America is going ga ga over this woman's azz, yet sistas have had bulbous backsides since creation. As always, White America is 3 steps behind us. Weren't they listening to Brother Montell Jordan's "This is how we do it!" like 1 year after black America got sick of the song?

I can't take nothing away from J-Lo though, she does have a great backside, and If she ever gave a brother a chance? Well that's for me and her to know. Anyways, don't act like we all innocent up in here. No this aint porn.com, but my subtle reference to something sexual (that many of us up in here did last night) should not surprise.

Nupe,

No offense taken... "I'm mad at you" is a common slang term that I use, meaning, "Oh, no you didn't say... (with humor)" I'm very much aware that we're all adults and I'm sure plent brothas share your sentiments about J-Lo...

I just wasn't expecting such comedy as I was drinkin my coffee this morning is all!

Oh you didn't know. We took a little break in 89 to gather our thoughts. Now that we have resurfaced, the world is ours! We will stop at nothing!
We are dedicating this comeback to our founders:
Max Julien (Goldi), Smokey Robinson, Howard Hewitt, every member of the Debarge family http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif, and last but not least PRINCE http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/tongue.gif .

Let me leave you with some wise words of Sam Cook:

"It's been a long long time coming, but I know a change is gonna come. OH YES IT WILL!"

Oh yea, Cultured Pearl,
Personally, I think brown skinned women are and have always been in. Of course, I am an equal oppurtunity type of guy http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif. I don't discriminate...

LMAO @ your founders especially the DeBarges.
Bobby Earl you are CRAAAAAAAYZAY!!!
It's funny how light skinned men have taken a sabbatical in popularity but light skinned women have always been in vogue.

ManndingoNUPE 02-15-2001 04:08 PM

Light-skinned brothers are coming back? Brother Please, when
Al-B (one eyebrow) Sure,
Christopher(shorter than most folks)Williams, The DeBarge (we got issues) family reunion
each have a top 10 album at the same time, then I will believe that Light-skinned brothers are coming back.

Nupe,
We don't need the TOP10 Albums. All we have to do is LOOK DAMN GOOD http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/cool.gif. That's all that matters.

Clarence Carter looks like he washes his face with a BRILO pad http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif and brushes his teeth with a hammer. He may be breakin the ladies off sexually but now a days, that ain't enough. Ladies want more than just BOMB A$$ sex from a man. She wants to look at the handsome face, while you are breakin her off.
They don't wanna look at something as hideous as Clarence Carter everyday. Cmon... search your feelings; you know it to be true (soundin like Darth Vadar).

I know it's a little tough to digest, but nevertheless, it has to be. I didn't start this thing, Frat, it was here before me...
I have good news, though.
There is a book that may be able to help you, guy.

It's called, "I ain't light-skinned http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif and I don't know what to do." It's a good book, NUPE. Many of my not so reddishly inclined friends have read it and it has worked wonders for them.

I can send you a copy if you like. If you need a light skinned friend in your life, FRAT, um there for ya... http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

Bobby Earl - I am literally in TEARS!
ROFLMAO. Please stop...I'm at work man.

MandingoNupe - That crack about Christopher Williams (shorter than most folks) You need to stop too!

I have to stop reading this board while I'm at work.
