Ok so she can't sing at all. Never could, never will....but I actually like the cd! Has anyone else heard it??

Electronica/house/euro is my favorite kind of music so that could be why....taken for what it is, mindless ass shaking music, it's actually pretty decent.

I am kind of concerned, however....she talks on the whole cd. Not even, like, fake singing on the album....

I don't have the CD yet but I listened to the whole thing on MTV.com's "The Leak" and I have to say that I LOVE IT!! It's totally different then all of the other albums, and while I still love the other albums sooo much, this album is pretty goodas well. I especially LOVE me against the music!!

Yes, I bought the CD on the way home from work. I'm listening to it right now and I really like it. I agree with AXJules about the techno making it better to listen to.

I'm going to get it, I liked her other 3 CDs.

I Love It!!! I'm really glad she's starting to actually write stuff. And from watching the specials and reading articles she was on the hunt for all the producers on the album. I'm listening to it right now!

I think she's singing, not talking so much. "everytime" - although the SNL live version was so much better.

I heard it a few days ago cuz my friend somehow bootlegged it.

If you liked her other CDs I can't guarantee you'll like this one. It is definately NOT like her other ones.

And I totally LOVE it!

i'm totally picking this up today :) I love me against the music! especially the dancing in the video, it rocks!

i just got the cd and i love it. a breath of fresh air from her old stuff. it is my new 'make me feel sexy' music. ;)
i love the songs 'toxic' and 'outrageous'. the cd just sounds so good.

I'm trying to decide whether to get it or not...I know some of my friends would never let me live it down if they saw it in my possession :rolleyes: but I listened to it on the Leak and really liked it!

OMG TigerLilly you have to get it! It's a lot different from her other albums, yet its still Brit. I'm so obsessed with "breathe on me".......ahhh good cd! Just think, this is a cd you can make out too, work out with, clean your room too - it has many wonderful purposes! :)

I broke down and bought the CD. Anddd...I love it! I'd downloaded about 1/2 the songs to hear them before I bought it. I really like "Brave New Girl".

I'm getting it tomorrow-- can't wait!

so i am offically obsessed with this CD. My favorite song is by FAR Toxic. The beat is just awesome and the lyrics rock - i love it!!

I also love Touch of my hand - i don't care if it's about masturbation or not, its an awesome song :)

I like this CD and I went to buy it at the bookstore the other day but they were all sold out. :(

I asked FABboy for it for christmas and he just laughed and moved down to the other end of the couch. Something tells me he is not going to be buying it for me. :rolleyes:

Hopefully once I get back to Como they'll have more in the bookstore, I love all the songs that I have heard so far!!!

I just got it! I love the second track with the Ying Yang Twins and the last track--Me Against the Music mix.

Yeah, selling 609, 000 copies is awesome. I got the cd the other day. They're playing "Outrageous" out here on the radio now. I think it's a good choice for the 2nd single.

its good, but it is her lowest opening week for record sells. oh well. i still love her

i don't like it except for maybe 3 songs....she's going to be fading out soon..hopefully.

Listened to a friend's copy and I wasn't impressed. I've heard garbage trucks that sound better than that.

Good thing I was able to listen before I wasted my $$$ on it.

Well i am glad to see that there are people were as excited as me about the new Brit CD. I got it the day it came out and absolutely love it. And I'm excited to see what shes got in store for the future ie. music videos more albums and defintely tours...shes awesome in concert!

Where did you see her in concert? I saw her in Columbus,OH for "Dream Within a Dream tour!!!! It was so fun!!!!

I saw both her "Oops I did it again" tour and Dream within a Dream. One was at Shorline in Mountain View and the other was HP Pavillion in San Jose, California. But I loved Dream within a Dream! Awesome concert and awsome dancing!!! Haha i took both of my parents to this concert. My dad was a lil in shock with all the screaming girls. It was funny

Shes awesome on tour of course sometimes she doesnt really sing though or at least thats what I was told by someone that works at the ampitheatre but who knows. Anyways I heard a few songs I like but more I didnt if someone wants to buy me the cd Ill take it but I wont go buy it myself.

I like Toxic, Brave New Girl, and Boom-Boom with Ying Yang Twins. I would much rather see any one of those be her next single instead of Outragous. But, I could be crazy.

Aww outrageous is gonna be the next song? I dont know how i fell about that i really like Boom Boom...That one is sooo much fun.

However i absolutly love "everytime" I just about cry everytime i hear it.

I thought/hoped "Boom, Boom" was going to be the second single too. But "Outrageous" has won me over. It's good for blasting in your car. "Everytime" makes me a bit sad too. And I realized the other day that "Shadow" reminds me of that Avril Lavigne song, "I'm with you". Probably because they were both produced by the Matrix.

i think they decided to go with Outrageous as the next single as opposed to Boom Boom b/c Outrageous is all Britney - not a compilation like Boom Boom is with the Ying Yang Twins or Me Against the Music is with Madonna.

I think they wanted something that's just her, and not her and someone else. I wish it was toxic :)

Well I guess i can live with Outrageous but speaking of Toxic can anyone please help me out with the lyrics...I try to sing along and i just cant seem to undersrand what shes saying.

Although i like the new album and love Britney, I highly doubt I'll be checking this tour out! I've never been to one of her shows. Does she actually sing her songs? or lip-sync? B/c the style of the album and all of the computer sound would make it hard for her to sing a lot of her songs :confused:

Okay, I can't decide which one to go to? I've been wanting to treat myself to Vegas again, but Chicago lines up perfectly with Spring Break. Is anyone else thinking of going?

this is weird cause i keep hearing "outrageous" on the radio.

:( I havent heard any of her new songs on the radio, just from the CD in my car.

i hear 'outrageous' on Los Angeles' Kiss FM. the station is on my XM satellite radio

Hmmm well you'd think living in the Bay Area you would hear something but nope...Maybe i should call in and get something played on air...yea right.

So i looked at the tour dates again and i'm trying to convice my dad to take me to Vegas for and early B-day present considering i havent been there since i have been 21... So that should be exciting.

Does anyone know when they go on sale?
