Happy Founder's Day Sigma Kappa

on november 9, 1874 five young women found the beautiful sorority known as sigma kappa. now 129 years later their sorority has impacted the lives of many women.

Even got to tour your HQ several years ago.

Anyway, Happy Founders Day.

BTW: Did you know that besides a street in Indy, we also share the SAME Founders day of Nov. 9th? Except ours is in 1909.

I never realized we shared the date. Happy Founders Day LXA!

Tonight I attended San Diego's celebration. I got to sit next to a woman who's been a member for 53 years!!!! She had been inititated as an alumna when she worked to bring her local sorority (TZP) that she helped found national. She is so cute! And, she was honored with the Pearl Court Award. :D
