I've had a stye. They suck!

My mom always warned about sharing make-up because of this.

I've had those before. Just put a damp hot cloth on it.....it should subside in a few days.

i get them a lot. i wish i knew why. i dont wear makeup. it hurts like someone punched me in my eye

My mom gets them all the time also and she doesn't wear eye make up.

i touched my eye not too long ago. and within the last 45 min, the sty got bigger. :(

i used to touch my eye...but then i realized that i grabbed my penor every 2 seconds and i was like...woah. my eye is touching my penor. it was a sad day.

*slaps* i didnt touch my eyeball. i touched my lower eyelid cause i was rubbing it. it started to itch. excuse me for thinking that i didnt need to explain something so simple:p

i woke up this morning and it was hurting like crazy:(

They are basically a pimple in your eyelash follicle- those follicles produce oil just like every other one. Occassionally they develop into a little red bump and it is basically a pimple.
But don't try and pop it, you can actually damage your eye.
Meanwhile they hurt like a female dog.

i have that little pimple in my eyelashes, my lower eyelid is a little puffy and red. the area around my eye and the left side of my head hurts like hell. i had to deal with it all morning at work:(

oh no! i just looked in the mirror, and it seriously looks as if someone has punched me in the eye. my lower lid has swelled a little and there is a pinkish color under it. i hate this i hate this i hate this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

I've never had one but they sound like painful fun!
