There's a special on ABC tommorrow night where this skinny girl wears a fat suit and have cameras follow her around.

i really dislike fat people.

A lot of fashion-magazines have done this before (actually, I think it has been on TV before too - maybe Dateline?)... it's really interesting to see how people change their attitudes... pretty sad.

It is sad. I was not the 97 pound skinny-ass that i am now when i was in high school. I was 35 pounds heavier then than i am now. While I was overweight, I did make every effort to try to lose it.........numerous diets and exercise. I lost it not because of dieting, but because I developed diabetes.

Beign fat in high school or really at any time is not fun times.

So screw you Imthachamp!

Yeah I've definitely seen this hidden camera thing before on the news. I remember some store giving better service to the same woman after she is in her normal state.

Ive seen a couple of shows like this. It is very interesting how they change their attitudes after seeing what its like to live the life of an overweight person and be stared at and talked about. good eye opener for people sometimes it is for the people who watch the show too.

I got fat between my 8th grade year and my freshman year in high school. Towards the very end of my senior year and through that summer I lost 35 pounds and have kept it off.

Am I bitter? Yes I am because i know what it's like to be overweight. I also know the pressures of staying skinny, as a result that later manifested itself into anorexia(other reasons caused that too but i wont get into that here). Further more the desires to stay skinny are always on my mind. Why? because of ignorant assholes such as yourself who are such sad individuals have nothing better to do.

Having said that, I hope you become overweight one day and experience the same amount of pain.

If you arent attracted to overweigth people, fine, many arent. But making assinine comments like you and cashmoney only speaks of the low kind of people you are.

well...you're not fat...but you're not good lookin either...so i guess you gain a point for being skinny but lose five on the looks.

I didn't say anything, except that I agreed with him on being pissed at fat girls. Would you care to read of some past experiences with fat girls on GC? I'll find the link to a thread that was locked long ago. People are only fat because they're lazy, unless they have a thyroid problem. I don't care what your genetics are. You can loose weight. This is modern times, you don't need to be big to make it through the winter.

Dude...honestly. Saying that fat people are only fat because they're too lazy to diet and exercise is like saying that ugly people are only ugly because they're too poor to pay for plastic surgery. :rolleyes:

Dude, you have NO IDEA. Some people have VERY slow metabolisms, like myself. I gain weight really easily. I used to be 60 pounds overweight but luckily I lost it.

Being fat is NOT about being lazy. Some people also have emotional problems attached to it.

Weight has nothing to do with beauty. Some of the most beautiful people I know are overweight. A close friend of mine wears a size 16 but you know what? Every guy I know goes gaga over her because she's so pretty and such a sweet girl.

Look, I'm not trying to argue whether or not you're fat. I'm just telling you why you are, and its because you're too lazy to go workout on a steady day to day basis. Those emotional problems you got would go away if you start going to the gym. And if you didn't have those emotional problems anymore, you wouldn't be fat.

what if there is someone that goes to the gym and works out on a steady day to day basis, but isn't skinny enough for you? are they still lazy? they are doing what you are telling all fat people to do, but they are still heavier than the average person..

Well, everyones standard of being skinny can vary. I was talking about society in general. And is thats the case, then they need to work out more and change up their diet. Its really not that hard to understand.

I only go after supermodels so I understand how these guys feel.
