It's off to Nebraska I go!
 

In a few hours I'll be boarding a plane that'll take me to Omaha. First I'm going to Denver, but I'll be in Omaha tomorrow afternoon and will be in town until Tuesday.

I don't know how many Nebraska (or surrounding areas b/c I don't know my geography) people are on GC, but I know me and Hootie and chopper816 are hanging out tomorrow night!!

If you're in the area, let Hootie and/or chopper816 know (as I'll be flying over an ocean and a coupla states) because I'd love to meet as many people as I can!

DA, yes, unfortunately I'll only be at the airport...for about an hour. :( And then I get to do the same thing again when I return to Honolulu on Tuesday.

when I was in college "hooking up" always referred to "a boy and girl getting together and sucking face or more." When I moved here people used the phrase "hook up" to mean just meeting somewhere. it REALLY freaked me out at first but now I'm used to it.

Sandy and Hootie, have a blast & drink a few for me. :)

So right now I'm at Hootie's apartment with chopper816 abd P-A-R-R-O-T (because I like calling him Terence) and I still don't have my suitcase.

chopper was nice enough to take me to Old Navy so I could get some el cheapo jeans and tops to hold me over until I get my suitcase. Aaron called and it should be in tomorrow AM.

It's freaking cold here (for me, anyway) but I think I'm holding out pretty good. It trips me out how I can see my own breath when I breath or whatever outside.

I've been eating well.. Still no Omaha Steak though. SOON! Though SOON!

sandys on her way back home now as we speak. this time we made sure her suitcase is on the plane with her! she left around 10 this morning to denver then back home.

i had a fun time when she was here, and its always good times when ya get sandy and amy in the same place at the same time, those two are up to no good!!! :p

amy, we need to go to the bars sometime when parrot can go, we had fun thursday!!
