How many times a week do you work out?
 
My sister Lori needs help with a psych project. She asked if I could use my GreekChat friends to help.

How many times a week do you work out? (If you work out at all ;) )

I will start. 0
I can't seem work a regular exercise routine into my schedule.

usually (except when i have an especially stressful/busy school week) i work out around 4-5 times a week. i take the weekends off.

sometimes my workouts are simple, like a 2 miles power walk. others i run or go to the gym and do the efx machine and weights!

No Job.....5 days a week, 2 1/2 hours a day. I go twice a day. In the morning I do cardio and a spin class. In the afternoon I lift with free weights.

i play basketball about 4 hours a day prolly 4 times a week...and i jog 5 miles every other nite :(

i wont touch a weight though...they suck.

I don't work out, either.

But--I do have two jobs and I am a full time graduate student and depending how the waves are I surf once a week on my one day off.

Right now, ZERO...I've had to completely changed my diet due to lack of exercise. When I get time to start working out again it will be at least 5 times a week.

3 days a week, two weights one cardio minimum. I leave the house for work at 6:30 am and don't get back til 8 most nights, so it's just impossible to get more time in than that. That's why the WOE has to be tight!

Up until last week, zero.

Last week I started a weight loss / fitness program that mandates exercise. So as of last week, I've been working out 3 days per week. Cardio and light weights for now. On the other 4 days I try to get out for a short walk - not really exercise but better than sitting on my butt all day :p

FI and I joined a gym in April (one of the top rated in the country - its soooo nice!).

For awhile i was going 3-5 times a week. Then it slacked off to nothing.

We've now made a deal to go at least twice a week with each other. I'm going to try to go for a Pilates class in addition to cardio and weights.

I've got to get my arms in shape for a strapless wedding dress!

I try to work out at least 5 days a week. I do some cardio, then alternate between pilates and yoga, and greeklawboy is trying to convince me to start using light weights to strengthen my back. We'll see, the jury is still out on that. ;)

Earlier this summer when i was at home after graduating, it was 6-7 days a week, with about 30 min of cardio and an hour of free weights.

now that i'm working, it's scaled back down to 4-5 times a week, with 30 min cadio and weights scaled back down to 30 min.

3 - 4 times a week, 30 min/day depending on how I'm feeling. If I don't workout one day and I'm going to work that weekend, I park farther away and take the stairs to make up for it :)

I'm recently started my Fit Mama workout for pregnancy :D gotta keep the fetus healthy too!

1-2 times, it really depends though on my motivation and how much free time I have, which right now is hardly any.
