DFW area GC get-together?
 

New Yawk, Chicago, Phoenix has already had one or having one... how's about us DFW GC'ers plan on having one soon before the weather gets cold!

Ideas, suggestions, locations? Post it here or PM me.

I will be in Dallas Nov. 6 - 9 in the downtown area and may be able to break away from work.

I'm off work Sundays and Mondays. So I'm down for whatever you guys want to do

Being I am a native New Yawker (born in Flushing, Queens), it's about as close as you can get in print to the distinctive accent and dialect that made that city so nice they named it twice! :D

We're looking to set one up this Friday or Saturday in the West End, since Alphachiohmy is going to be in the Dallas area fro a convention... gotta show her some Texas hospitality... More details to come as I find out.

Sorry 'bout that... something came up and that's tied up my weekend plans, so the planned GC DFW get together has been postponed for now. Sorry we're gonna miss ya, Alphachiohmy! :(

Saturday, Dec 27th. We're gonna plan a GC get together for probably an early dinner. All of y'all check that date and see what y'all have going on.

lifesaver, SATX, aggieAXO, y'all are more than welcome to drive up and party with us as well. Either way, i am gonna make it down to SA for a night to hang with the original Texas GCers :D

So, that's it Sat. Dec 27th. Y'all check and see if you're gonna be in town, if not, it's Chuck buying kitso pint after pint of shiner bock :D

I've never been to Dallas, and I'm not going to be able to go up that date either. :( I'll be skiing in Colorado, woo hoo! I'll get back to Corpus in between Christmas and New Years, so I'm hoping you head down to SA after I am back from Colorado, hint hint. ;) Total randomness, but I saw the South Austin Jug Band last night. Awesome stuff, awesome.

its during the holiday rush at work and I can't remember if that was one of the days I signed up for......I'll have to let y'all know the closer it gets to that date if I'll be able to make it. I don't think y'all would really want a moody pregnant woman there anyway ;)
