York College Rush
 

One of my friends at York College in Pennsylvania just told me tonight that she's going to rush! She has a general info meeting tonight so I'll let you guys know of the exact dates and glo's on her campus later on. I'm trying to get her on gc but I don't know if she'll do it or not. But anywho, I'm EXCITED!!!!! :D

ETA: okay I couldn't wait for her to come home so I invaded the YCP page and got the names myself. Still don't know the dates but I'm guessing it's this weekend.

They have:
AST
DFE
FM
FSS
SDT

and two locals, WC and SDS

how exciting!!! do your best to have her post her story...or else she better give you alllllll of the details so you can post them regularly!

awww yay that sounds awesome!!! i was totally interested in this thread because i actually have two friends (both girls) who go to york college of PA...it's only about thirty minutes away from me. so that's awesome. one of my friends was actually thinking about starting a sorority there, but i hope that she rushes one of the ones there...they seem nice enough from what i've heard about them. good luck to your friend!:)

i didn't know we had a phi sig chapter there
i know that we're pretty populated in the north though
whoever they are, i'm sure they are great girls
in fact, any greek group is great

Okay, from what she told me, rush starts tonight and she's as ready as I could make her be from this far away ;) ! The orientation there made the best impression of greek life on her, so for those of you who know girls at YCP, tell them to keep up the good work! I have Supper at 7 tonight with my sisters and then crafting/Must-Z TV afterwards, so I'll have to catch up with her sometime late late tonight or early tomorrow to find out how things went. I promise I won't keep you waiting long!:D

Alrighty, here we go!!! For the purpose of suspense and whatnot, Michelle selected random colors for the groups. They are: orange, silver, blue, green, white, pink, and black.

She really liked orange, silver, and white. Not too hot about the others, but we'll see if anything changes as the weekend progresses!

my best friend from home is a phi sig from york. she absolutely LOVED it. she is in her 2 closest sister's weddings this year and still talks to all her old friends. they are a great group of girls and keifer is pretty cool too!

Michelle went to yet another rush party tonight, this time at silver and she is in love with them!!! Rush isn't over until Thursday for them, so the suspense is gonna kill me! BUT- Next Friday is the start of our rush here at GMU! I can't wait to see how many great new bunnies we get this year! :D

OMG!!!! THREE rush threads with AST in them???!?!?!?! Wow, last year I was feeling all neglected and stuff.....

Hope your friend is having a blast GMU. I've been to their campus several times, and they have really great women there. Hopefully she finds a home!! And if she ends up a D Phi E, that would be cool as well :)
