Inspired by the responses to this post in the "Who's Rushing In the Fall?" thread:

Many have decided to join together to pout. Now, we know that there are perfectly good reasons why no GreekChatters have bid the above sororities - YET! - but we are still a little, well, pouty. So...

I haven't ever seen a rush thread with a Theta Phi chapter. :(

Actually, my rush thread had Theta Phi in it last year :) I'm at the University of Cincinnati and your Epsilon chapter is an amazing group of ladies. I actually preffed there :)

I'm pretty sure there was a thread last year with a Phi Sig on the campus, but we didn't make it all the way :(

I'm gonna miss my own chapter's bid day because it's the same day as an Alum's wedding! So, I don't even get any local drama! :p

How on earth did I miss that?! Now I'll have to go searching for your rush thread. Thank you!:D

Well ladies, I'll be rushing both a SigDelt and an AEPhi chapter, so we'll see! No promises though... ;)

I'd love to read about a girl joining my sisterhood, but till then I'm happy when I read about how fabulous my sisters are doing with rush across the country and Canada!

The RC/GR (whatever they are called) messed up on delivering invite or bid info to PNMs.

Good luck! At what school? Are you putting up a rush thread?

Can I pout about not being in any of the above organizations? I have to wait until COB or next fall to rush......:(

I'll be at UMass-Amherst. Not sure if I'll put up a thread because I'm not positive about joining, and I don't wanna lead anyone on!

I remember two rush threads containing Phi Sig.... but neither of them worked out :(

I'll join the not so anonymous pouters group. It's sad not to see the rush threads with a Phi Sigma Sigma in it. There were two last year and although they didn't go Phi Sigma Sigma at least they did find the homes where their heart belonged. I just hope I see a couple threads here soon about Phi Sigma Sigma - I know there are at least two people that have Phi Sig as an option. I can't wait to read their threads.

Now if I can just get people to sign on to let us know about how colonizations are going to go this coming year at:
University of Minnesota - Duluth
Indiana University at Kokoko

and how our recolonization effort at University of Findlay, OH and our reorganization effort at University of Pennsylvania are going to go.

If anyone has news about any of these as time progresses please let us know.

Well, I can't say anything about her rush, but a young woman I wrote a rec for LAST year at UT went ADPi!

Can I join, I can't rush till next fall. Plus there is now some one that goes to the school I will be rushing at, which I am happy for her, and I can't wait to find out what happens. But it just reminds me I have to wait, and that hurts. Now I am really pouting.

I've seen a handful of threads involving AEPhi in the last couple of years. None of those PNMs actually went AEPhi though.

I also remember a rush thread from last year where a PNM was naming names and had very little good to say about AEPhi. :(

We may never have had a person go D Phi E, but we definitely compete in the rush fun at UF, UGA, Michigan, Maryland, among other big schools. If some folks from the northeast decide to go through rush, maybe we'll get some girls, but I'm just happy for our successes! Just go look at the UF photos! :)

i think the reason that you don't see some of those of the chapters mention i.e. aephi, sdt, dphie and phisig is b/c they're organizations that tend to have a stronger base in the Northeast and there aren't a lot of Northeast rush threads. I have no idea about AST, ASA and Theta Phi though.

for all of the pouters, my rush thread has SDT, ADPi, ASA, AXiD, Theta, Gamma Phi, Tri-Sig. You all have a chance with my thread!

I can't really predict how the collegiate recruitments will turn out for our respective PNMs here on GC, but don't discount the possibility that some women may be alumnae initiating into some of the groups on that list in the near future!

I am not pouting, but it would be nice to see a PNM receive a bid to DPhiE. Actually, it is a celebration around here when a PNM receives a bid period. :)

BlueGBI, a note for clarity's sake: "Theta" usually means KAQ. "Theta Phi" or "TPA" indicate QFA.

Yeah... I just want an alpha to spoil.... Grumble, grumble....

I am totally excited for all the PNM's and NPC's so far this recruitment, but... sniffle, sniffle....

It helps a little :) We're just pouting because we're looking for a GCer PNM to go ADPi so we can join the celebration on the "Who's rushing this year?" thread...but we're all SUPER THRILLED for every PNM who finds her home, no matter which organization it is since every one is SUPERB!!!!

Of course it helps! Thanks for telling us that! And of course Texas Princess and Chloe173 went ADPi last year, and they are both terrific GC posters and wonderful sisters!
However, I can pout with the best of them...I'd love to see all 26 NPC chapters represented with happy new members and GC posters as well as some local chapters. I don't think I've seen a rush thread where a woman chose a local chapter!
