AXPGoBot: You are absolutely right. The books are incredible. The more you read them, the more you get from them.

I can't wait to see how P. Jackson handles two key scenes in "Return of the King." The scene in the turret and another one I won't mention for fear of spoiling it for others who haven't read the books. (We should start a separate LotR thread!) ;)

i just saw Pride and Prejudice for the very first time today and i agree with all the other people who said it's a must-see, especially if you've read and liked the novel. it is the most faithful movie portrayal of a novel that i've ever seen. a MUST SEE
