My rush (ah!)
 

Well, since I leave for school tomorrow I figured I could start my thread off.

I start September 4th and am oh so excited!!! Veryyy excited about my single room this year, adjoined to my two best friends and am excited to see how this year goes for rush.

Sigma Sigma Sigma

So on Cloud 9 right now, lol :D

As for my friends, there was one who was considering rush but I think she changed her mind because she said she forgot how many activities she signed up for which is really too bad because she'd be an AWESOME sister!

While I am :( that you are rushing at Truman and not at MIZZOU! I am very excited for you! I hope you have a blast and really find your place this time. Good luck! :)

FAB, I visited Mizzou last spring and my mouth was hanging open at the enormous greek houses you all have!

Thanks for all your support girls! Just moved in tonight and saw soooo many "go greek" shirts and am so in aww right now by rush and my cute little room!

Last summer, I worked with an ASA from Truman State. She had spent the year before that serving as a traveling consultant, and was a huge factor when I was considering applying to become a CLC for my sorority.

Also, my boyfriend's grandfather was a professor at Truman back in the day (before they changed the name).

You have 5 great sororities to choose from. Best of luck!

Tonight I went to a local store and found a REALLY cute top that I am going to wear NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!! YES NEXT WEEK WE START!!!!!!!!

I'm oh so excited! Can't contain my excitement for recruitment!! That's all for this update, but am so excited and so thrilled at some of the other PNMs who found a home!!

I have to admit, when I was coming home from helping my collegiate chapter with recruitment this weekend, I started thinking to myself "When is TBSG's recruitment? I hope she finds her home!" Glad to know that recruitment is this week and your wait will hopefully be over soon!

I meet my group and gamma chi tonight, wooohoooo! I hope i can speak better by then. I'm so sick! But, I was talking to my boyfriend and I said, well I've never been sick for rush before, maybe it's a sign! :D

I saw so many girls that went through last year or the year before so that was interesting. Everyone is gorgeous, I felt so out of place! I'm not freaking out though, just keeping an open positive mind. My gamma chi who is sooo adorable can't tell us which parties we are going to tomorrow, but since the first two years were exactly the same, I think I know, but who knows! I have not decided what I am going to call the 5 groups yet. Aw, so excited for thsi weekend to be over and to see how this ends up! :)
