HC we "seasoned" teachers are gonna go in the classroom and teach our butts off?

When you are too nice, kids tend to think that you are their buddy? Then, when you try to get strict, they try to put reverse psychology/guilt trip on you? Or they meet you with a head-on collision? The child always wins? NEVER tell them your age? Stick to your rules like white on rice? Always have stuff for them to do? Some kids can't handle free time? Girl, I can go on for days?
