Does anyone remember the Great GreekChat Outage of 2001?

If you thought today was bad...try going without it for days at a time!

now that i have quit with the shakes and the sweats, i can go to sleep. ;)

I tried, nearly in vain, to access the site many times but to no avail. Thank you so very much for putting the site back up again!

That was bad.... GC went out at about the same time the WTC attacks occurred. I was afraid GC might be gone forever, and not have a way to get in touch with people from GC.

Glad I wasn't the only one going through withdrawal!

GC Outage of 2001: That really did suck. I was so bored because I had just graduated from college, but wasn't looking for a job until I moved to Pittsburgh in Sept. I would check it at least 5 times a day every day it was out. I was so sad. :)

But thank goodness GC is back up today!

Thank goodness!! I was on AIM chatting with my AGD sisters but still kept checking back to see if GC was up...now if only the AGD IHQ member services site would hurry up! ;) :D Can't wait for wonderful things there too!

Luckily it was not a server crash. We can recover from a server crash, the site would have probably just been offline longer if that was the case.
