AOII_LB93 08-19-2003 11:17 AM

Any news on UGA recruitment? Things were pretty crazy there.

aopirose 08-19-2003 12:12 PM

No UGA news but Georgia Southern - Alpha Lambda took quota plus for 51 fantastic women! The largest NM class on campus!!!!!

aopinthesky 08-19-2003 12:43 PM

I heard that AOII at UGA did make quota and all the girls are great (of course). I didn't hear any of the particulars of recruitment other than they were required to cut heavily at the beginning.

rubyrose 08-19-2003 07:17 PM

I love this time of year and checking in on GC to see how all the PNM's are doing! I especially love hearing how the AOII chapters are doing too.

From everyone's reports it sounds like AOII is having a fabulous recruitment season. Congrats to all of the chapters who've already had bid day and best wishes to those whose bid days are close at hand. AOII has a lot to be proud of!

kristi_ann81 08-19-2003 09:56 PM

Congrats to Alpha Lambda ( I am a little bias since they were my collegiate chapter!!)!!!!!! Great to hear they're taking the campus by storm!! :) ALPHA LOVE!

AOII*Azra-elle 09-02-2003 12:59 AM

Sounds like AOII's across the country are doing awesome this year!!! Go us! Epsilon Gamma has 3 days until Recruitment Week starts, wish us luck! :)

rosejoy 09-03-2003 06:49 PM

Excited to say that Zeta Psi ECU got quota plus one for 16 gals!!! They are really quality, super sweet ladies!

This is awesome...our chapter had about ten less actives than most so this is super. The skit was great. I think it was the deciding factor... I really think it showed the girls' spirit!!!

AOPi is doing great everywhere it seems!

****Correction******

Guess I got it wrong...we got sixteen girls but a couple were snapbids I think. I got my info via e mail (I am alum) and I guess I misunderstood. We still did great!!!

AOII*Azra-elle 09-05-2003 07:23 PM

Well, we had round 1 of house tours last night and it went awesome. We only had 2 parties, the other 3 for house tours are tonight. The ladies walked into our house and the looks on their faces were classic! :) They actually asked lots of questions and wrote things down in their recruitment manuals. *crosses fingers* I'll keep y'all posted.

Janet~bid day...tuesday! :) You should come back up and celebrate with us!

AOTTAdvisor 09-08-2003 11:43 AM

Iowa State University Formal Recruitment Numbers

Hi ladies-
I'm the Recruitment Advisor for the Iota Sigma Chapter at ISU. Just wanted to spread the word and tell you all how proud I am of my wonderful ladies! They really worked hard and kicked butt this year during recruitment. They got 21 wonderful new women! Quota was 20 and we got Quota-plus!!! They were the talk of the campus this year and we are still going strong with COR. We are still working toward campus total of 92. To give you an idea of our Greek system, we have 13 NPC chapters. Only 3 other chapters got quota plus, several got quota and the rest were below 20.
We had the most women come to our chapter on preference night out of all of the chapters. We had to pull in alums to help with everything- including conversation! I hope to get the web site updated soon so that you can see our newest members and how happy our current members are to be AOIIs!

If you get a chance- stop by the web site and congratulate them on the Guest book!
