Have you all seen the preview for this new show? It seems creepy as chuck. Check out the site. It airs July 22, 2003. I will be watching it!

They play the ads every time I watch Buffy (the only reason to have F/X!).

It looks good, I think I'll try to catch it.

I can't really tell what the show is about because I vannot play the trailer.

Well, it's about these plastic surgeons and their clients. I think the story line is waaaay deep though. It airs on FX on July 22. You have to check it out!

I think I'm going to tune into the show. It seems like it's going to be a good show.

Did anyone watch this? I thought it starts today, but it started on Tuesday! GAYLORD!!!

The pilot was very good. I don't want to give away any details, but it was interesting. Trust me, I had NO idea that FX, or any channel for that matter, showed "scenes" like they do. Now I know what a rated R TV looks like!

Are they going to show a repeat? I really want to watch it.

I saw the show and all I can say is, WOW! I'm totally hooked. I believe the pilot is airing again on Sunday at 10pm. Or just check the FX network website for the schedule.

Yes the 90 minute pilot will be reairing Sunday night at 10 PM EST.

i have seen all of the episodes and i am a nip/tuck addict. i adore this show. something about it is so delicious!!! maybe its dr. troy...;)

I don't know how they keep doing but each week, Nip/Tuck goes farther! This season is off the chain! Anyone else out there watching Nip/Tuck?

YES!!! Nip/Tuck is truly off the chain this season!! Now on tomorrow's ep, they think Dr. Troy is the Carver AND his mom shows up too!! It's gonna be ON!!

But I do wonder who IS the Carver?? Any guesses?? :confused:

At first I thought it was the new doctor. But I think that's too obvious. I think it's their anesthesiologist (can't remember her name). She has access to all sorts of anesthesia. Plus I remember an episode during season 2 where her and Christian went at it about plastic surgery and vanity.

I was thinking it was the new Dr also. I thought about the anesthesiologist. But the voice sounds like the new Dr.

I wondered:
1. Did Christian deliberately tamper with Rhea's anesthesia to make her feel helpless - the way he felt when the real Carver had him?

2. Will Matt become a copycat Carver?

I was thinking that the new Dr. was also the Carver, but I never even imagined that Liz could be the Carver. That surgery team scene where she could feel the cuts, DAMN!!! That was hard for me to watch and I'm not squeemish at all. It's just I put myself in her place. I had a friend who went in for a root canal and the anestetic wore off during the procedure.

I missed the first episode this season so I missed how the new doc came to the practice. However, we have been watching it. I don't know who thinks up the story lines for this show but they are definitely twisted.

I was also thinking that the new doctor could be the carver because he was one of the few people who kne chickie was faking. I mean the scene where she felt and heard everything under the anesthesia was very spooky for me but she kind of deserved it. People were really suffering and she just wanted attention. When the carver came and slit her throat at the end, I was wondering how word got out so fast.

What else can they think of?

The new doc, Quentin, came from Atlanta toward the end of last season to help Christian when the carver got Sean for fixing up his other victims. When Christian became a victim of the carver in the 2nd season finale, he kinda lost his way and needed some time to deal with his issues (Kimber, the carver, finding out Matt is his son, Ava) so Sean asked Quention to become a temporary partner at McNamara/Troy.

I watched last wk's ep again. Creepy as heck. *shuddering* I am starting to think that the carver may be Quentin.

Christian's mother is a MAJOR witch! I think McGraw was trying to frame Christian. This does seem like a team collaboration, though. I was thinking - her & the new Dr? But maybe she tried to frame him on her own - who else could have planted the semen sample - besides Kimber (also a possibility now)? Shoot - everyone's a suspect. I'm about suspect the blind girl that he screwed over! :p :p :p

TickledPink, I'm with you now. I don't know who the carver is. It could be Julia for all I know. This show keeps getting more twisted each week.

Man....Nip/Tuck is one of my favorite shows. Did anyone catch last night. They almost convinced me that Christian did it, until the scene with him and Sean at the station.

I thought it was interesting to have Kit be a victim. I wasn't expecting that at all. They should receive many awards for this season.

Gina is beyond slutty.

That creepy man w/his sister's head and the cutting up the other body parts just so he can keep having sex with her like he did when she was living. SICK!!!!!

Liz is gonna go work for Jules and Sluttina. Hmmm. BTW, just HOW MUCH money did Jules get from Sean?? Had to be a grip for her to open up the spa.

Is Sean gonna go back to cutting himself? They just kinda left that story line hanging.

She only needed $40K from Jules for the down payment so she may not have gotten that much. However, Christian mentioned how much he makes when he was talking to his mother (around $750K/yr) so they are definitely well paid.

Okay, I taped the episode on Tues. and finally watched it last night. That bi-parter is truly the Cutter. Did anyone notice how he was talking to Matt and how he grabbed Julia? He was wayyyyyy too over aggressive.

I still vote for Matt. He needs a good a**-kicking, esp after the way he talked to each of his parents!

Let me know who is watching tonight. I think that Anne Hecht's character is going to get it. I hope so...Sean has truly been acting like a man w/o a spine throughout this whole ordeal.

Given the revelation about the new doc, what is the future of the practice? Who'da thunk that Christian would be the 'moral' partner in the practice?

Yes he is! Umm, witness relocation program means you leave your life behind FOREVER!!! Geez. Anyway, my prediction is that Sean will come back to the practice and Creepy Doc--will go somewhere else or try and kill everyone (i.e., Julia, Matt, Sean, Christian). Creepy Doc is the CARVER--no question about it!

I think this whole thing w/ Christian being raped and not having a family has turned him into a new person. But then again, he did have sex w/ ol' chick that wanted to be a Kimber doll.
