I finally listened to all of Beyonce's CD. I like it. I never bought any of the DC CDs -- I would only download the tracks I liked.

This CD shows Beyonce is definitely in love and her maturity as an artist.

I love Dangerously in Love, Speechless, Me Myself and I, Be With You, and Yes.


Oh and what is the keychain swing. I do swing my keychain all the time :p but I guess that is not what you folks are talking about. :(

I hate to admit it, but I have all of the DC Cd's. Anyway, I don't have this one, but I have heard it. I'm not sure why she calls it Dangerously in Love 2 when it sounds like the first one to me, but oh well. Cosign on "Be With You" and "Yes". I like a few others too but those are my favorites.

I have all of DC' cd's and this one is AWESOME, beyonce truly put her heart into it. You can really tell that she is in love and she puts thats in all of her songs. My favs are: DIL2, daddy, that's how u like it(w/jay-z)signs, speechless, yes,and me myself and i. I also like the duet w/ luther:)

I finally listened to it all and I really like it. It is not as POTENT as CD#1 but I still bump it for long term ALONG with BEYONCE. :D

My fave BLU tracks are SLEEP IN THE MIDDLE and UNHAPPY and others that escape me at the moment.

I like #1, Sleep in the Middle, I think Unhappy. :confused: I know the songs by way of numbers. LOL Most of the songs are good. I'm glad I purchased her CD.

Well if you are into neo soul, this is a very nice CD to pick up. It's a feel good type CD;)

"Be With You" is my SONG!! She was on the CBS Early Show and performed both this and "Crazy in Love". I think on "Signs" she is flipping the words around like Missy did with "Work It".

I go overseas and come back and people are liking Beyonce. WTF happened?? *sigh* I guess someone is going to have to send me a song or something. I'm not really feeling the song they play on the radio. I dunno, I'm not TRYING to feel her, so that's probably the problem.

I am going to go music shopping tomorrow. It's long overdue.

cuz this CD is not exactly the "newest" thing out there. It is rather recent though.

But I would suggest buying Kem. His CD is entitled Kemistry. Really nice music.

Okay I do not know what the name of the song is BUT Mary J's song with Eve is HOT, HOT, HOT!!! The beat on the song is crazy, it sounds like a Dr. Dre beat.

YES. She was bar none the best live show I have ever seen. I saw her open for Maxwell, and I also saw her headline (with Glenn Lewis opening). Both sets were simply awesome.

P.S. I am now DLing a song called "The Bullisht" by Mary J. and Eve...is this the one you are talking about, Gina?

P.P.S. Ideal, you gotta check out this Beyonce. Now I have never really had a terrible grudge against her or anything so I am not a converted fan, but I think even the most diehard Beyonce hater will have to admit there are some ILL AZZ songs on this CD.

@Ideal: I would have to agree with libra on the Beyonce album. While I like DC's music I am not a Beyonce fan, in the least. However, this tape clearly is HOT!! Someone needs to send Ideal one of the songs off the CD, I'm thinking of my fave, track #5, Be With You.

They still exist?? Back when I worked at Sam Goody (about a year ago), they totally phased them out...we sent the few that were still there back to the vendor.

I listened to Mya's new CD yesterday...I must say that it was tight. She's become verrrrrrry comfortable with being a sexual woman(which is good for herself esteem...)

I bought the BB2 soundtrack. It's on sale for $8.99 at Best Buy. :cool: I'm thinking about writing to the company and asking for a Rewards card similar to Media Play. Their CD's are never on sale for good prices.:mad:

Anyway, the CD is pretty good although a lot of the songs I've heard before on mixtapes or just because they're out. I like the songs by Beyonce, Lenny Kravitz (although it's not entirely his song), Mary J., and Justin Timberlake. Oh, and the "Making the Band II" group has a song called "Why". I couldn't get into it because the chorus goes something like "Why the devil gotta keep f***in' with me?":eek: BTW, they are listed as "Da Band". :rolleyes:

Anyway, I'm listening to Mya as we speak. I like track #2 "Fallen". I like the Pharcyde sample. Looks like it's back to Best Buy next week. :D
