You know you are pathetic when...
 

You get your Sorority Recruitment form in the mail and you get just SO excited! umm, and you have it filled out with-in 30 minutes....hehe.....(me today. haha!)

That's not too bad, Pixie. The other day I was thinking, "Wow! I can't wait till the fall. I have a lot going on during those months." I ticked off a list with recruitment threads being somewhere near the top, and I couldn't figure what I was leaving out. I asked Mr. Mox, who gave me a strange look and said, "Our wedding?!" :)

HAHAHAHA. That is tooo funny. LMAO.:D :)

Oh boy. I told my mom I had to make sure I had RoadRunner in my apt. right way, and when she asked "Why, school won't be starting for another two weeks?" I said "GreekChat rush threads!" She just rolled her eyes and told me she was just glad she knew what I'd be doing all day. :D

I just love it!!

When I was an incoming freshman, I took the Greek directory to camp with me for that last season. Turned out that half of the counselors were Greeks, and I had a fistful of recs, 1 - 2 - 3!!

But I did get teased a lot about it...

Well, count me in as pathetic, then. I can't wait to read the rush threads and I'm just sitting here waiting on AI. I guess that is kind of like rush, huh?

It surely is not pathetic to be excited about a major new development coming in your life. But to be equally excited about a major new development coming in the life of a total stranger, which I will only get to read a few hundred words about...like me??

Put that big L on my forehead, because I'm just hoping we get some more PNMs around here! :)

Well my first anniversary falls right in the middle of rush season (August 17). I think John and I maybe going to Paris to the Moulin Rouge which is crazy expensive but its our fav movie so who cares! I'm considering getting a pre-paid cell phone (cell phones are expensive over here) because one of my good friends is going through recruitment and I want to be able to talk with her if I am away from my computer! LOL But I figgure hey. I have a lifetime of anniversarys and John is understanding! LOL Yep I'm a dork!

i got my recruitment application today!!!! i am turning it in tomorrow! wahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was pretty much the same way when the recruiment application came in the mail. i had it filled out within minutes and in no time at all it was in the mail back to the offfice of Greek Life. i knew what I was going to wear each round well before recruiment started (like a month)...so I am right there being a dork with everyone else!!

all this makes me excited to read the PNM posts as they make their way through recruitment - a very exciting time for me at least. I can't wait to read all the posts and see where everyone ends up if they decide to go Greek. I am definately a GC addict. :D

Ok Im just wondering where everyone has went to! anyways Kara I wish you the best of luck with rush *5 more days *

It's great to see PNM sooo excited. I am an active member and I get all excited when rush comes. I can't wait to meet all the new ladies. So it's not just PNM.:eek:

Hey girls! I am sorry I have not posted on MY thread! I was just so caught up in Crystals I posted there! Just to let you know the first night went really well. I was invited back to all 7 sororities....we had to drop one......So far I am just IN LOVE with one particular sorority....every girl says that you will "just know" when you have found your home and I truly think this is the place for me....I SOOO wish I could say but I will reveal that come Wednesday!! thanks for checking out my post!

Hello! Well, this is the news of the day! I was invited back to all 6 sorority parties I attended yesterday.....I had to drop two so I will be attending AXO, AOPi, ADPi & XO tonight! I am SO SO excited about theme night!!!
