GC on AIM
 

We've had quite a few "let's chat!!" or "whats your screen name!?" threads, but I'd like to know - - do you talk to a LOT of other GCers on AIM?? Or is it just me?? :p Of the people you talk to, who entertains you the most? Etc...

I'll begin with a couple (this is not an all incluslive list, so don't feel bad if I left you out because I'm not listing everyone this first post).

GMUBunny - - Hahhaa, we have a heck of a time talking ;) Better watch out, this girl packs a mean bologna. :p

Jill1228 - - Good company, for real. Good listener and advice-giver.

librasoul22 - - Girl, you crazy. That's. All.

Now taking requests for people who need to be beat to death (or at least slapped around a lil) with a giant roll of bologna... my mom's first in line, so take a number (if you wanna know why, see the "Dear Abby" thread).

I'm very incognito with my AIM name. Don't take it personal, I usually don't like to chat with my OohTeenyWahine name.

I usually chat with AlphaGam1019 and damasa. Once in a while, zntke will find me!

Don't let him fool you!!!!!!! We may not talk often, but we do occasionally...And last year (no wait, year before?? I Don't remember dude, what year was that??) we talked allllllll the time. We just aren't online at the same times any more! :(

Every once and a while I chat with James and zntke...and of course UCFPhiDelt :)
I chat with other GCers when they IM me...usually (but not always) it's a Phi Mu.

yay....tke! the ivory of course, mu_agd, every now and then i catch aurora_borealis, digitalangel, and arya. damasa and his crazy ass, docet, and when it's my oh-so-lucky day, i talk to the gc crush of my life, kitso. ;)

OK, Tom... we'll get ya started:

If you already have AOL, don't use their internal IM feature... it doesn't talk to anyone outside AOL who doesn't have the AOL IM client. You'll need to download the external AIM program at www.aol.com or also at www.download.com. Download and install the program. If you have already an AOL account, use your screen name and password; otherwise, it'll ask you to create a screen name and password. There is an Express version on the AOL IM site but don't use it... it's very much bare bones compared to the download.

In the Buddy List pop-up window, you'll have the opportunity to add screen names. I'm usually on as ASPhiAA814. To participate in a group chat, you'll get an online invite from someone in your buddy list to join; or you can create one on the fly.

I am drlizzt, but if I don't respond right away it is probably because I have not figured out what I am doing yet. I am not very technically inclined.:confused:

I think it's hilarious and kinda sad how some people have complete 180s and turn into psychos once the chat thing happens. Sometimes people just take things too far... :eek:

I know I've had to block some people...and I know others who have had to do the same. Some people just have psychotic tendencies, I guess. :rolleyes: Everyone put your knives away!

Girl please, I never kiss and tell. I can tell you this much though, it seems like the list keeps on growing.

That's why I never go on chat. GC is just fine and dandy for me!!!Oh well.

I'd have to say DigitalAngel is one of my favs to talk to, since we both know where the other is (since I know where Warsaw, IN is! :D)

James is probably the only other one I've talked to often, but haven't talked to him in a while...must be chasing down his penis at the moment!

Would love to get to know the rest of you...GC chats are always a great time!
