this is too cute. Have you guys heard about this competition from All My Children? They are looking for the "Sexiest Man" and the winner gets a walk on role on All My Children. That enough is pretty cool but I read that at the auditions there is a chance to win $500 and the place is crawling with ABC execs. Oh AND Kendall and Greenlee will be there.

I think I may take Mr. Jaggerboy down to one of the auditions - we'll be in the area at the time of the Atlanta one. But if it doesn't work, I'm sending in a tape! I know my man is sexy! ;)

For any New York GCers, I read that there is an audition on Wednesday at Coda. Lucky ducks. Let me know if you go!

I've heard about the contest and Im really excited...especially to see a bunch of hot guys! And i didn't know there was a $500 prize!! Maybe ill have to talk one of my "sexy" guys friends into entering :)

With that out of the way, I think that it's a really nice idea, watching hott men and getting your soap fix. What could be better? $500 is a pretty good offer and a walk on, I can't wait to see all the sexy guys.

OMG my friend Nikki is going to the NYC event tonight at Coda. How jealous am I? She's at NYU Dental and has convinced a bunch of her guy friends to go and enter.

But the big question now is, what should they wear? I think that they should all go in their nicest suits. I'm sure a lot of men are going to show up in jeans and International Male shirts but IMO a man looks sexiest in a suit.

I hope she wins the $500. That would be so cool.

Its ridiculous how excited I am about this. Probalby because All My Children has been a guilty pleasure of mine for so long. My mom and I used to watch it together when I was home sick from school.

Ill probably end up sending in a tape, but that doesn't help with watching the Hot Hotties :( Oh well maybe i can talk my friends into making a roadtrip that would be really nice. Yeah that's it a roadtrip to see sexy men and the starts from All My Children..hmmm it might just work :D

Ok I'm not even being biased.. but my boyfriend IS the sexiest man in America.. he has to enter when the contest comes here to Atlanta this weekend. It's going to be at the Eleven50 right in town.. i bet there are going to be so many hot guys there!! The best part is winning the role on AMC... I would just die.

oooh, there was some drama in Fusion yesterday when the one and only Bonnie Fuller (editor of US Magazine and former editor of Glamour) showed up to interview the girls.

Before she showed (and did a bad acting job, if you don't mind me saying so), the girls were throwing around head shots of "front runners" of the contest. Oh man I wanted to be on that set to pick up some of those photos. Even from where I sat I could see what hotties they were.

I vote Road Trip, Aphi! That's what summer time is for. And then you can go back and give us the dirt.

I feel like the luckiest person in the whole wide world!! The Sexiest Man Contest is coming to DC...tomorrow! I can't believe im just finding out. I've got to go...this is like a once in a life time experience or somthing...isn't it?? But im still kinda upset...I wanted to enter someone but with only one day...i don't think so! Guess all the hot guys will have to be enough. I feel a girls night coming on :)

Dixie, if you go PLEASE tell us all about what adn who you saw!!!!! You guys are right, this has bumped up AMC. I guess it's not that popular but I am SO into it. Has anything new happened I have not seen it for a while, we tape it everyday but I haven't had the chance to watch it.

I went to the one in Atlanta... it was SO much fun! Unfortunately the Greenlee and Kendall weren't at that one.. but I heard they'll be at the contest down in Miami this weekend.

Went to Front Page last night ...fashionably late...no one arrives on time. Anywho we convinced a few MALE friends to join us...considering it was happy hour and we offered to pay. The place was decorated with posters and pictures. Unfortunately no Kendall or Greenlee, but i still had an amazing time. And the guys actually entered :) ...they said it was pretty easy and it only took them like 5 mins. Didn't bring home any cash though :(

If anyone goes to the one in Miami tomorrow I so want to hear about it. I think that one will be a little more lively...especially with Greenlee and Kendall there.

Yeah, my friend is staying in Miami over the summer (poor baby) and she's going to Cafe Iguana tonight to see what's up with what's up. I'm sure there are going to be some major hotties showing up.

I heard about the contest and since they haven't come to my area Im tempted to send it a tape...I've been hearing that you can do that instead of going to the events. I've talked a friend of mine into doing it!! He's looking into acting, and I i figured it might help.

Getting into this one sorta late, but I am a huge AMC fan and I love the idea of this contest. I've convinced 3 of my best guy buddies to enter! So fun...I shot their videotapes last weekend and it was so hilarious. Wonder how they are going to work the real-life winner into the show? Will be interesting to watch!

Actually, they were hilarious on the audition tapes. My buddy Bobby is actually a total hottie -- got a second round in the Real World auditions a few years ago. Anyway, he had this idea to act out a real scene from the show for his tape and I played Erica Kane (Susan Lucci for those who don't watch AMC). I even got to slap him! Loved it. Hmmm...maybe I'll get discovered, too? :cool:

I tried to get a buddy to enter but that didn't go so well. Your friends are awesome. How cool would it be to say that one of your best friends stars on All My Children. Well good lucky with your entires. By they way does anyone know when the tapes need to be in?

wah! apparently the Sexy Semi-Finalists were on the View this week and I totally missed it.

Did anyone see it? Who was the hottest? Did anyone absoltuely not belong there?

I missed The View too but I've heard that they guys are going to be on Entertainment Tonight so ill be watching. I'm really anxious to see what they look like.

Rocky from last week went to MTSU, but he didn't win :( I didn't like either of the ones that won already! This week, I think Steve should win.

i liked andrew the best this week... mainly b/c of his quote: "I'd say one of the sexiest things you can be or do, is be able to laugh at yourself." that means he would think that i was the sexiest girl in the world.... i laugh at myself all the time. :D
but i have to admit that steve was a close second....
