Hello sisters!!!!
I know that all you sisters out there are looking at all of these threads but no one ever seems to respond!!!! I would love to get to know my sisters from other chapters so just write anything you want!!!! I'm from South Jersey, i go to school at Rutgers U in camden where i am a founder of the delta zeta chapter. some of my sisters and i are making the trip to alabama u to help out the rho chapter on their rush in august. if anyone is going...id love to hear from you!!!! well....hope to see some posts soon.

how far is emory from alabama?? i haven't a clue... that would be a hella fun side trip though............ i'm always down for more trips

HEY!! I'm at johnson and wales in rhode island gamma sigma chapter... we are ruling shit at our school and im loving it! I just wanted to say hey to all u other sig delts and i wanted to know if there were any going out chants or songs that u guys had.. we have a couple of pretty good ones but id like more up-beat chants to sing when were out at events. THANKS!!

Hey Hey!! i'll be in providence in two weeks...look for a Jersey girl at Fish Co. !!!!!!!! as for the songs...let me find my song sheet.. we have TUNS, (including some written by our own sisters here in Delta Zeta chapter... Ill let you know when i locate it in my disaster area of a room.. (my girls know me... it's driving me NUTS.. i need to clean)

haha we LOVE fish co our brother fraternity ZBT used to host it every week at the beginning of last year.. but im not in prov for the summer :( sorry! but i understand about being messy- its my middle name... thanks a bunch!!

I have a question. Is the nickname Sig Delts new? I never heard of it before. I've heard of SDTs. We have the nicknames DPhiEs or Deephers. We never used the latter in school. Thanks. :)

Yeah... when we were colonizing, even WE were slipping up when it came to calling ourselves SDT's... and figuring from the nature of people in general, it was a dangerous nickname (if you know what i mean)...So we just started calling ourselves sig delts... i'm not sure how other people began it

Hola! Fellow sisters!

I am new at this and just registered. In answer to someone's question about the name "Sig Delt" being new, I am an Alum of Lambda Chapter at UCLA. We always used Sig Delt as our name and in our songs. We just did not want to use SDT. Unfortunately, our house closed in 1987.
