Well, after several PM, and discussing this with another Brother, JonoBN41, and getting degraded by some people who I will not name, S S!

I figure it is time to spill the refried beans!

While I have the mind set of a 24 year old, I am actually 61. But who is counting.

I think young because of My Brothers of LXA, LX Z and all of the members of GC.

You are my guiding light for youth and life!

I am not the maturest one on GC, I bow my head in respect to Eric Conard of the Great Fraternity TKE! He and I go back so far you would not beleive!!

I'm only 20, an' at times I have the maturity of a 2'nd grader.

been a while since I posted here... great to see things are still goin' "bussiness ass usual"

an' dude, that's awesome, if you really are 61 (I'm not disputing it nor am I calling you a liar, I just have a hard time buyin' that seeing as my parents in their 40's can barely operate comps let alone mod a message board, 60's must be harder yet) as I was sayin'... it's awesome to get involvement from alumni, especially if they're from way back.

i am 21 but people are surprised at:
1) how mature i am as a 21 year old
2) that i am alumna from my sorority already

I'm 19. I'll be 20 June 27, though.

I think it says a lot about me that my two most anticipated events of the summer are the release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix and attending Nimbus 2003, the Harry Potter Convention. I also love playing with kids...and their toys. I love play-doh and legos. My summer job is nothing but playing with kids all day, too!

I'm 30 and I think I act my age. Sometimes my mom and my male friends like to treat me like I'm 12.:o But for the must part I act like the mature 30 year old Theta woman that I am:D (Even when I'm getting cursed out by my customers at work)

I'll be 22 on thursday, 5/15, but I have my 16 yr old moments all the time!! You are only as young as you feel/act I always say

I'm 21. My 80-something year old grandmother just got a computer last month! She's a cyber-granny now and zipping the e-mails out as fast as we can reply. I think it's cool.

I am 20, 21 in August. I have been told I look younger than my age (mainly due to my dimples and babyface), but act wise beyond my years. However, I can act a little immature and goofy at times.....but, HEY I am young, and I love it! I make mistakes say stupid things....I'll learn from my mistakes right???

I act like a little kid at times...to be honest I think I relate to children more than older folks....I love how they can have fun in every kind of situation!

When I am older, I want to be known as the "rockin Granny"...lol Will not have it any other way!

Hey! We share the same birthday! Happy early birthday to ya! I'll be just slightly ;) older than you. Today I'm 36, Thursday I'll be 37!

How old do I feel?? Well, I'm still suprised when I pick my nephew up at Morehouse College and the security guards don't have a problem with me driving on campus! I also frequently forget my age!

I'm 22, I'll be 23 in September. I'd like to think I act my age, well at least some of the time :)

I'm 21. I'll be 22 in June (the 18th). Some days I act like I'm the mom, other I act like a grade schooler...

I'm 24, will be 25 in July. I feel older. lol

I'm 19...soon to be 20, May 17th! A lot of people say that I'm 19 going on 30 because I'm so organized and motivated to do things, however I'm still definitely a kid at heart...I still watch WAY too much tv and would definitely pick hanging out with friends than doing work (unless I did it before hand, which tends to happen, lol)

i just thought of something that happened last year. my friend, who is 21, and i were at the mall. this lady was doing a survey and she asked us if we were over 16 yet. :rolleyes:

I'm 27. Won't be 28 until January. People always think I'm in college! When I was 15 people thought I looked 20. Now I am 27, people still think I look 20! :confused:

27, though lots of people think i'm 21. When I was 21, people thought I was 18.

I'm 24......and I'm starting to wonder if my maturity level was stunted at 17. :p Nah, I think I'm doing ok for my age. I definitely am handling my business.

My mom, on the other hand, is having her second childhood. It's really scary, but kinda neat & funny. :)

I just turned 19 last April! Yay! But that means my next birthday isn't for 11 months...sigh.

I'm 23...will turn 24 in November. I am told I am very mature for my age...always have been. Part of it comes with skipping a grade, being done with college classes at age 21, and given heavy professional responsibilities at 22. Rest assured I do know how to relax though...and a lot of times I still feel like a kid :) I look younger than my age as well...still get asked if I'm in High School :eek: I guess I'll enjoy looking younger when I'm 30 or so...at least that's what everyone says :p

I just turned 20 last month, but most of the time my maturity level is about that of a 13 year old girl. I laugh at everything and I'm always hyper. But if need be I can be mature, when it's appropriate of course. :p

Recently turned 36 (gasp, wheez)...

My wife is 37, AND, she still gets carded sometimes when we go out! :eek: She looks 24 max to me. She loves it when she gets carded, and NO ONE has ever thought she was older than me.

Yep, that's her, Mrs. Pedophile (at least that's what her friends wrote on our car window for our honeymoon 12 years ago!)

I'm 27, but people often think I'm in my early thirties.

For a long time, people have often mistaken me for being a few years older than I actually am. This was pretty sweet when I was 19/20 and could order a drink in a restaurant without the waiter batting an eyelid - I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've been carded since turning 21, barring situations where they card everybody (like clubs). But now that people think I'm over 30, I wish they'd figure out my true age already :(

2-4 in july...but i look about 21/22

Just turned 38 this past January. Over at the Young Masons group in my local Masonic lodge, I'm considered a 'senior citizen'; in two years I'll be trading my red collar for a purple collar in the Order of the Symbolic Chain (the Scottish Rite youth service group also known as the 'Chain Gang'). And next year I'll be celebrating 20 years as a member of Alpha Sigma Phi.

Just turned 22, I have been told that I look younger but act older. The women in my family are the exact same way.

Some places I get carded, others don't. When I buy cigarettes for others, I don't get carded; when I buy alcohol I do (well, usually I just show them the ID before they can even ask). So, I must look at least 18. :D

I'm currently 38 and my birthday is coming up on August 13th. I love the fact that most people think I was 24-25. :D

me too!!! me too!! i will be 27 in june. a few weekends ago, i went to a bar with some friends who were all older than me and we got carded. my id was handy, but they were still fumbling around for theirs. i told the guy, "they are all older than me" and he told them not to worry about it! i was sooooo mad. i DIDN'T get carded at that bar when i was 21!!!!
