I agree with all of these. I didn't originally want to see Pirates but then I saw the preview with Orlando Bloom. So um, yeah, now I really want to see it, lol.

Oh man...reading through that I realized I didn't put LOTR: Retunr of the King on there- how could I do that as it is definately my most anticipated movie of the year!

I would recommend renting the Matrix before going to see the second. You'll probably like the visual effects in the 2nd regardless, but the story may not make a whole lot of sense.

I am seriously so excited for Finding Nemo... It looks hilarious. I love Pixar movies though.. but this one looks like it's going to be the best! Can't wait.

Well, it's not a movie, but my most highly anticipated summer release is HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX! FINALLY!

I'm also really excited about Finding Nemo, I love computer animation and the characters in this one look so cute.

I have to say that I've really been looking forward to this one since I saw the trailer a few months ago.

I love Rene Zelleweger! I think I spelled her name right....

I guess I don't understand the premise of this movie because it doesn't look interesting to me at all.
I don't think Ewan McGregor is that great either.

Maybe I'm weird (ya think?!) but I have no interest in seeing ANY movies that are out right now. I'd love to find something that sounds at all appealing.

And what's up with sequels, anyway? Can't anybody think of a new idea any more?

There is a movie that came out... it was at Sundance, I think. But I totally can't remember the name. it is about high school or college kids, and according to the ad it sounded like they were spoiled and started getting in trouble.

Does anyone have any clue what I am talking about? Anyway, that's the one I want to see.

Oh yeah... I found it. Better Luck Tomorrow. Has anyone seen it?

Well, I don't know about the rest of ya'll, but I grew up in the 80s. So I am definitely looking forward to "Freddy vs Jason"! I'm totally in love with Freddy Krueger and he kept me awake on many a night during my childhood. And Jason just knows how to slash up all those annoyingly half nude co-eds. So I'm holding my breath for that one.

I had it on my list...but I have to say I finally go to see the TV commercial for Pirates of the Caribbean last night and this is now definately a movie that I am highly anticipating!!!

Bend it like Beckham....heard very good stuff about it and since I am a retired soccer playa....I can't wait to see it!

I agree...saw a trailer for it this morning on TV getting ready and really thought that it looked good...that and I have read good things about it!!!

Let us know what you think of Bend It Like Beckman when you see it...I am hoping to make a lot of movies this weekend too...so I will try and report back in the other movie thread.

Ooooh, I can't wait to see Pirates of the Caribbean. Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom in one movie? In pirates shirts? Yes, yes I will be buying a ticket for this one. The effects in the trailer are really cool. What's the story about, anyone know?
