Post any Dream you have had and want to share . . . Uh, those are sleeping dreams people.

So I have the strangest dream this morning. . .With commentary :)

This guy I am working with at a job that I don't have tells me he is going to flirt with and steal my dream girlfriend . . . (there isn't one in RL).

Ok, my girlfriend shows up to my work with like a complete meal and I tell her she is way too nice and she tells me that I should ask her to do more things for me (Like any girl says that :rolleyes: )

Ok a couple rolls into the place, but it turns out they are three hours early and I am miffed because I am trying to talk to this girl . . . But I help them anyway.

The couple gets into a fight and the girl runs off . . . somehow or another she has lighter fluid and starts fires in the bushes around some of the houses.

I am trying to calm her down and put out the fires at the same time . . . although my temptation was to just let them burn.

After I put the fires out I go back to work . . . the couple is already gone from my world view and dream memory.

Now my girlfriend is there only she has been reborn completely. She now has short blonde hair and blue eyes with a fair complexion, whereas seconds before she was Olive skinned with long dark hair and brown eyes . . .

Now in the dream I really like this girl. I tell her about my evil co-worker's plot to flirt with her and steal her away . . . so what does she do?

She goes into the back room and starts talking to him! You girls are amazing, even in a man's unconscious you are unpredictable and confusing lol.

So I go back and it turns out my co-worker is Adam Sandler! Not as Adam Sandler but an identical twin . . . And she is just chatting away with him.

And I am standing outside feeling like a high school student again not knowing if I was coming or going lol. Disturbing frustrated feeling. (James shivers)

Then I woke with a start because I realized that I hadn't set my alarm clock (truth) . . .

I wonder what the hell was in that mixed drink?

It does suck that an Adam Sandler clone stole my girl . . .

i had a dream about my friends who live in seattle. they drove to my parent's house in pennsylvania for the 4th of july. they stayed for the bbq and then left bc they had to get home and take care of the cat!

i usually have weird dreams....once i dreampt that herman munster was my husband....lol...i think i was watching a little too much nick at nite at the time. :)

Last night, I had two dreams about my ex-boyfriend. In one, my friend and I went to his new house that he shares with his new gf. I went through his stuff and saw pictures of his new gf.

In the other one, we had a child together that we were meeting for dinner to talk about and we ended up back together.

Lame...

I have lots of weird ones, but.....

I had a dream I was dating a life size piece of chex mix. Then the two sides from the frosted mini wheats got a divorce so I had to get them back together. Then the geico comerical song came on the sometimes when we touch...hhahahahaha...i want cookie crisp

I just like dreamed that I got into this shouting match w/ a woman at Pizza Hut, I like whooped her a$$ or something...

*edited* I also had a dream about this guy I knew in highschool...he was nuts...he would always brag (or lie) that he smoked crackrock.

I had a dream last night that I went to some fast food stand with my brother and dad and my brother ordered french fries, but they were made out of a combo of fried ketchup and peanut butter. :eek: YUCK! And then I ordered a blizzard like thing and it had gumballs, sprinkles, and liquid Laffy Taffy (there's no such thing even) in it. IT WAS THE GROSSEST THING EVER! I woke up this morning feeling like I was going to vomit. And even weirder, the person making all this food was Mandi, our house manager. :confused:

OMG!!! You see...dreams really do come true!!! LOL :p

I've never been much of a dreamer until this past year I've had one every night.

The best non-sexual dream I've had was when I dreamt I had won the Lottery for 33 million dollars. It was one of those dreams that feels so real that for about a minute after you wake up you question whether it was real or not. I was really upset when I realized it was a dream.

On another related topic, I sleep with the TV on for noise and usually leave it on news channel like cnn. Occasionally I will wake up knowing what the headlines are and it's so wierd. I mean I know that you are still concious of your surroundings and things going on around you while you're asleep, but I think it's strange.

Another strange thing is that sometimes I'll dream in spanish. I speak spanish but not on a regular basis and not fluently but in my dreams I'm practically a master. It's funny maybe it's a hidden ambition that i have to speak better spanish.

Anyone ever have the one where you're peeing and all of a sudden you wake up and REALLY have to pee?

What about the one where you are falling and you wake up right before you hit the ground?

I've had both of those. They suck.

I had a dream the other night that my boyfriend started singing the theme song to Who's the Boss in order to get a bottle of liquor.



I also have recurring tornado dreams. It's always a different scenario, but I'm always running or hiding from a tornado. I had one last night. Weird.

Last week I dreamed of a very and abnormally large anaconda (I'm talking 3x normal size) was on the roof of our house (my real house, not the sorority house) and I saw it when I woke up from sleeping on the couch in our livingroom through the window. The snake just kept looking at me.

Cream, that reminds me of a dream my roommate told me about - she was sitting on a cactus in her dream, and then when she woke up, she realized her earring had come off and was poking into the side of her cheek! :)

Last night I had a dream that I got a job at a TACO BELL, that had a bar, a banquet room, a VIP room, and security and a hostess at the door. It was really classy, top of the line furniture, candles on each table, wooden floors, and gold trim on the ceiling. :eek: :eek: :eek:

I had a really bad dream a few nights ago that I was home alone and someone broke in.

I woke up and couldn't get back to bed. I think I only got a few hours sleep! :(

I had a dream about FAB*SpiceySpice. She wasn't in the dream, per se, but "FAB*SpiceySpice" was. I went to some vacant house with a co-worker and found a Christmas card sitting on the floor in the middle of the living room. I figured it was left for the owners of the house upon their returning, since it was April. I opened it up and read the names of who it was from, and I said, "Those are FAB*SpiceySpice's parents!!!" I saw that the return mailing address was from a town near here, so I was wondering why FAB hadn't told me she was out this way. That's pretty much all I remember. I haven't had a GC dream before. Crazy GC dream.

That is quite, um, odd.

It soooo was! When I woke up, I was like, "huh??" Haha.

I NEVER, EVER remember my dreams. The other night I rememberd the dream with FAB. The night before last I had a weird @$$ dream that I remembered. And again last night, I had another weird dream I remembered. I dreamt that I had gotten all these tattoos. There was this one that was of a snake and was all over my foot, from the ankle, across my foot, to the bottom of my foot. After the artist was finished with the tattoo, I looked at it and loved it, only when I saw the bottom of my foot, I began to scream!! The outline was there, but the dude didn't finish coloring it in. He did about 1/4 of the coloring, but that was it. I was sooooo upset. He ended up telling me he didn't finish it b/c it wasn't like anybody would be looking at it. :mad: Dumb man! :cool:

OK, I know I have really strange and vivid dreams. One re-occurring dream is about being somewhere (and it varies, a park, a house, a cemetary, anywhere) and I know the place is haunted. I never see anything strange, but the place always SMELLS BAD. I can't even describe the smell, but I smell it in my dreams. I run and try to get away from it.

I don't know what the smell is, but if I ever smell it in real life, I'm gonna run like hell!!

For the past month, ever since I graduated, I have been having these recurring dreams where I forgot to take some class or something and the school takes away my diploma. For example, the other night, I had one where I was flunking this French class and it came down to the final exam, which would decide whether or not I was going to graduate. Well, I go in to take the test, and it's not about French...it's about health. I had no clue what the names of all the bones were, or anything else...much less how to translate my answers into French. I freaked out and decided to just take the test home and do it by myself. So I do that, and then forget about doing the test until the teacher e-mails me to say that it's due in a few hours. I look at the test, and lo and behold, there's TWO essay questions that are supposed to be 4 to 9 pages long, and I wigged out again because I knew I wouldn't be able to get done in time, and the essay questions aren't about French or health...they're about religion, which I know even less about than health. So I write some flip answers and turn it in, knowing that I'm going to flunk and that I won't graduate...and then thankfully I woke up. :o

Damn, I want to go to that TB.

Last night I dreamed that I was in a hotel with a bunch of friends from school. I see a door in the wall, and thinking it goes to the next room, I open it to see who's in there. But when I open it, there's this whole secret passage and basement type room, which looks a lot like the basement in Fraternity Life. There's another door at the other end of the basement room, and when I opne that, there is a buch of cops telling me that they are there to bust the guys partying in the hotel room. When I ask why, he says, isn't it obvious, and points behind me. I look and all the basement room is covered in potted plants.... of Pot. So I go to warn my friends, and they look like they are in the middle of a mud wrestling match, and I wake up. Weird!

I have to bump this thread up, because I had the most disturbing dream last night-I dreamt that my fiance cheated on me with this girl from his job( who I've actually met-she's really nice!)!! She said that she was going to go eat some chicken, and did anyone want to go? My fiance was like, I love chicken! But he didn't ask me to come, so I gave the girl a really nasty look,and she was like, I guess you and I need to talk. So she and I go into the bathroom (of all places!) and she says, we've slept together 4 times, and I really think he's the love of my life and I hope he leaves you to be with me. I woke up like, AAHHHHHH!!

What does this mean?? It's not the first time I've dreamt this either-I'd have them before he proposed, and after he proposed, they stopped(so maybe I was worried he'd never ask me to marry him?)-but now they're back.....ugghg, I am super-freaked out....

i had a weird dream last night and harry Potter fanns should appreciate it. i dreamed that i was giong for my apparating license but before i got it they injected veritaserum in my toe (have no idea why i didin't jsut drink it) to find out where Sirius was. My conclusion is that i've read Harry Potter way too much this week.

Jenn- I'm sure you're just getting nervous. Marriage is a big step and i'm sure a lot of people start having strange dreams when they're about to get married. before you might have had them because you were worried that he night not care about you as much as you care about him and that still may be the trouble. I know nothing about interpreting dreams but just relax.

omg....i had this dream last night where i had gone in to get my tattoo.......i told him what i wanted--red and yellow roses with my initials under it (this is not want i want my tat to be in real life, so who knows why in my subconscious that's what i wanted), and then when i walked outta there, i looked at it and it was one humongous white rose with some numbers underneath it. now, white roses are def my fave kinda roses, but i don't know what's up with those numbers...i don't remember what the numbers were, either, so hopefully they weren't a "666" or something. :eek:

the weird part of it is, i was gonna go back in and complain, but then i was like, "ya know....this is prob some cracked out dream, so i'm gonna go find craig david somewhere and get some face"....LOL.....so since i knew it was a dream, up pops craig david, but b/4 we could make out, my phone rang and i woke up. JERS! :p

i love to know i can at least control my dreams somewhat..... ;)

I often dream that I am being chased by a wave and my legs won't move so I can run. I hate that one the most!

I also sometimes dream that I have a final in some high school subject and I hadn't studied or gone to class all year.

Recently, I dreamed that I was watching a plane come in for a landing but it was upside down. Luckily, it had landing gear on its roof so everyone was okay :rolleyes:

I have the most deranged dreams - once I had one that somebody threw my dog out the window and then hit my boyfriend with a car.

I had the weirdest dream this weekend - I dreamt Lee was still alive and he was pinning me, but he pinned with a sweetheart badge that had all these jewels around the heart (which they don't make) and that it was in this special red, purple, and gold house they used only for pinnings. After that I was running ALL over this campus (which was not the campus of any school I've ever attended) telling all these people I went to high school with that I just got pinned, and then I went to a ZTA initiation ceremony and was very excited to learn what the strawberry meant. I think I would have woken up crying until the strawberry part...so I now have this messed up idea of SigEp's ritual (because of course that was heavily involved in the ceremony) and this weird ZTA thing. :p

I had this dream the other night that I was in the hospital about to have and operation. It was some thing really routine.
Anyway, I remember I was on the gurney about to go in the operating room and I guess my mom or one of my friend's was there cracking jokes. So I have the operation and I'm in the recovery room and the phone rings. There are a whole bunch of people in my room from work but nobody seems to be answering the phone. Finally still doped up on meds, I answer the phone.

I had a dream the other night that I looked like "Lilo" from Lilo & Stitch. In this dream I was sent to this rehab kind of place where we all had to sleep on this old rickety nasty bunkbeds that were right next to one another. But then David Robinson came and got me out so he could take me to meet my "real" parents. When we went to go see my real parents he told them that we had gotten married! :eek: But I was also only like 12 or so in this dream, and about 3 feet tall, and he's like what? 10 feet tall? Aggghhh, weirdness!

A couple weeks ago I was really upset about my brother leaving for school to Alabama (because I hardly saw him this summer). So I had this wicked dream that shook me to the bone. I dreamt my brother died and his spirit was talking to me in my dream. It was SO REAL that I woke up in a cold sweat and I actually had tears running down my face. I know what I can relate it to: my fears of my brother leaving and our relationship dying. But it was very scary. :(

Last night, I dreamed that I passed a car that had ALPHA GAMMA DELTA sticker across the back window. I was soooo excited that I was going to see some of my sisters...when I pulled up next to the car, it turns out there were 4 guys. My thoughts where...when/if the AGD sold the car, the sticker should have been removed....did the owner know what the AGD sticker was...was it stolen? lol.

I've been having this dream that I'm walking in the city and Matt Damon spots me and wants me to be in a movie with him. We fall in love, and we go back to my school and do press together for the movie. Of course now this is my big break, and I become a huge movie star.

The other day I had a dream I was on The Amazing Race. It wasn't teams though, I was competing alone. One of my sisters was also competing against me. We had to push our way through all these people to wait in this long line in some cramped building. We had to stay in line for 3 days... and even though I was in 1st place, I got out of line after 1 day... it was totally random.

Friday night I had a really bad nightmare. I was sleeping in a hotel, because I'm on Panhellenic Exec and I was disaffiliated for recruitment, which was all last week. Saturday was bid day, and I had the worst dream about it on Friday night. I dreamt that none of the PNMs were happy with their bids and they were all crying. Every last one of them. Then I had to fill out all this paper work for infractions, I didn't even get to go to Recruitment Counselor/Exec revealing. I had to fill out paperwork all day and by the time I got to my house, everyone was sleeping, so no one got to welcome me back. I was so afraid when I woke up that Bid Day was going to turn out horribly, but luckily it was one of the best days ever!
