I'm waiting for this movie to hit the theaters. Too bad they did not have enough footage of Aaliyah to keep her in the movie.:(

i can't wait to see this movie, plus the 3rd installment set for Fall. i hope i'm not dissappointed like i was w/the recent STAR WARS installments:mad: :rolleyes:

No, my Soror Jada Pinkett-Smith was an original cast member for part two. Nona Gaye took over the role of Zee that the late Aaliyah was to play. I can't wait to see this movie. I loved the Matrix!!:D

George Lucas is smoking some of that stuff Whitney is on. He thinks that he can just give us special effects without a good plot or good script. Meanwhile the Matrix, was able to do that and then some. I heard that the special effects for the next movies, are gonna be out of this world. I can't wait, I will be camping out so that I can see the first screening! From what I already saw in the previews, these films are gonna be the movies of 2003. Oh yeah, why is George Lucas making us wait like three years for crap, when movies like LOTR, HP, and the Matrix keep pumping out movies?

Can't figure it out...

I still think the Matrix was a story based on "Alice in Wonderland" on crack...

I mean, who thinks up chit like dat with the human harvesters anyway?

Ironically, Lewis Carroll was a morphine abuser when he wrote Alice in Wonderland... What were the producers/directors on when the thought up the Matrix??? Maybe they were off their meds...

Matrix Reload will be a trip... But I could wait for the "bootlegged"...

I can't wait to see Reloaded! I am just hoping that Jada's role is longer than the two minutes she appeared on the screen during SCREAM. Do you all remember that? I was so hyped up to see because she was in it, and her role was shorter than her hair.

Shoot, I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to skip out of work when I start camping out to see the Matrix...

I think I'm going to have to rent THE MATRIX. I didn't get it the first time around....maybe I'm slow or something. :confused: ;)

Now I wasn't going to say anything for fear of backlash (Lord knows how people get when you don't see a "good" movie or tv show :p ), but I didn't like the movie. The effects were good, but I totally missed the plot if there was one.

I don't know if I can go through being :confused: and :mad: again for part 1 in order to see part 2.

Well I got backlash for not liking Matrix #1 and not wanting to see Matrix #2.

And Eclipse makes 3. The Matrix was a big ol' yawner. I tried to watch it 3 times (we had the all day ticket on DirecTV ) cause my brother in law kept saying...you aren't following it 'cause you keep talking...you are missing the best part! Finally on time #3 I said forget this! :rolleyes:

X2 opens this Friday. I didn't get into the first one, so I doubt I'll see this sequel.

Saw it tonite (well, at this point, last night) and it was GREAT! http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung...smiley-033.gif I loved it! Soror 2D, I hope you change your mind about seeing X2.

X2 was the BEST.....I recommend everyone to see it. I had great seats(because I got there really early) and the movie theater was quiet. That's how you know people were into the movie.
From the first 5 minutes of the movie, I knew this movie will be in my DVD collection.

I can't wait to go see M2 and X2!! I am going on one of my days off so I can see them both in the same day ...... probably even 2 for the price of one ;) :rolleyes:

This movie was soooo good. The special effects and graphics were wonderful. But....I think they should have done more with Colossus' storyline. But from what I understand this was just his introduction and will be seen more in X-Men 3. Also...for those that saw it...do ya'll think Iceman could have changed the way it ended?

HC me and hubby was supposed to go to the special midnight premeire showing of X2 and we messed around and fell asleep and didn't make it to the theater?? :mad:

X2 was off the hook. I definitely think that Iceman could have prevented some things from happening...but my question is why did Pyro do what he did at the end! I'm mad about that. I guess I need to read the comic series.

Ya know. . . there was so much going on I didn't even think about that. I remember asking my husband where he (Pyro) was, and I knew where he was, but I forgot :confused: .

Anyway, you're right - Iceman probably could have prevented some things from happening, but oh well. . .and how 'bout Jean? All who haven't seen it, go do so! It's taken in over 80 million this weekend! The Lizzie McGuire movie came in 2nd. I took my daughter to see this, because I sometimes watch Lizzie with her. Believe me, that http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung...smiley-009.gif I got in the theater during this movie was unavoidable. The movie wasn't that great. My daughter even said she almost went to sleep!

is there a special meaning behind the release date of matrix 2? cause it is a little weird that it is coming out on 5-15-03...that is a thursday..it must have signifcance. other than being 4 days before my birthday (which is another story entirely:p )

I don't think there's any significance. I think they just wanted to get a jump on the weekend box office.

then why not release it on wednesday like the other blockbuster movies

The movie was good, but I wanted to see more from some of the characters, namely Rogue, Pyro and Iceman.

I am definitely going to see M2. From the looks of the trailer, it's gonna be THE HOTNESS!!!!!!:D :D :D
