Hey guys. I though I'd start a thread where we could write down the things tht have pissed us off, but we don't want to bother the good people around us with!

I accidently took a piece of pie someone had put aside for themselves two days ago (it was right next to my plate of food, I thought it was for me), and everyime we have seen eachother since she has said : "Did you take someone's pie today?" There was plenty left, she only had to go cut her own, so she didn't even miss out.! I know she's trying to be funny, but it's pissing me off! I didn't do anything to you, get over yourself!!!!!

My boyfriend sent me a joke list of "rules" for guys that women should "take note of". I didn't find them funny and am wondering if he meant it as a hint. Ug!

When you have a brother who burns everything he cooks, and he decides to make popcorn at 4 in the mourning and you have to stand outside for 20 minutes while the firedepartment searches your house.

I am one class away from a minor in Spanish and although I understand everything said, I can't speak it for shit. My teacher loves to exploit this disability of mine, and so every hour in that class, I live in fear.

My house is so ridiculously clique-y for some reason this semester and I'm like, seriously, we can all talk to each other, it's not gonna hurt your 'cool potential'.

And I almost got hit by an SUV of a girl in a bitchy sorority. I think it was a Greek hate crime.

okay. all my beefs are w/ boys...go figure. The ex is being totally jerk and insit on telling me about how happy he is now(2 weeks ago he wasnt) and has moved on to a new girl who i have always hated...pretty sure he is just trying to make me mad. then my one guy friend(w/ slight benefits) blew me off to go out last thursday then shows up at the party he didnt feel like going to with some other chicks. i was fired up and now he wont talk to me b/c i left a mean message in my profile. Oh well.....im over the drama!:mad:

I HATE GUYS I HATE GUYS I HATE GUYS!!!!!! WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY!!! I am so angry right now I feel like throwing something out the window. Why for once can't they act different? And why does he think it is ok and acceptable for him to tell me that he's still hung up on his ex AFTER he took me out on a date and kissed me and lead me on. That doesn't seem fair to me??? I never approached him, he gave me his number, he asked me out on the date, HE kissed me. So then I am supposed to just SIT here and be cool with this and be ok with sitting around for the next few months being his "friend" while he gets over his ex?? Maybe I am just completely off, but I *really* don't find this fair?!??!?!?! :mad: :mad: :mad:

i have worked for sprint pcs and i am currently working for verizon wireless. it depends on your region how competitive it is to get a job at a mobile phone company. as a reseller, i bet you could get a job, but for the actual company it is very hard to get a job. Sprint i would say would definitely be easier than VZW. VZW hires based on previous wireless experience as well previous sales/cust serv experience, whereas sprint is more toward just prev cust serv and sales experience...

if you decide to try for VZW, let me know. i will try to hook you up.

3) What sucks the most is when sh*t happens and there is no one to blame. I have an SIL diagnosed w/ an unbelievably rare GYN cancer and has absolutely NO risk factors. She's coming to Houston for a consult because the Entire City of Detroit can not find their collective ass when it comes to high-level medical care. Even if you can pay for it, you can't get it locally.

Ok I have to admit that I was a little hard on the song. I still think it's not that great but I was having a really shitty day. I think it all comes down to this- in Chicago there used to be this radio station that did "birthday line" and when it was someone's birthday they'd call in and go, "go XYZ, it's your birthday, go XYZ, its your birthday". I know EVERYONE uses that in like, everyday conversation, but once someone made a remix of the rap and it sounded exactly like this song. So it pisses me off that they copied it from someone else.

Can someone explain to me when we established it was ok for people to have absolutely zero respect for others???? Went to a subway-type place today to get dinner. When I went in there was only one old lady sitting there. She ate in about the time it took me and my friends to eat. And she hit the bathroom. And she looked at the tshirts and stuff they had for sale. We're on our way out and watch her come out and get into her Volvo parked halfway on the sidewalk RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. The parking spaces are like 50 feet away.
Are you serious????? I'm sorry, she was totally physically fine. The weather was a little cold but not snowing or anything. She wasn't in a hurry. She was blocking the front door and the sidewalk!!!! And she took her sweet old time!

I have no idea what Candyman was about, but Cabrini Green is the most notorious projects in Chicago. Once there was a news story of a little baby getting shot by snipers there even.

Yes, I think it's the same thing from The Candyman. I can't believe some of y'all haven't seen that piece of cinematic wonder.

Side note: My family has the same mirror as the freaky one in the projects in the original Candyman. Some of my friends in high school got a little freaked out by that. It was a wedding present to my parents YEARS ago.

I hate all my teachers, and I hate the administration.

1L's schedules are made for them. So, I get a schedule of classes, and I'm told to follow it. Because we stay with our "section" all day long, there is no rearranging anything. It is how it is.

Well, the teachers keep cancelling classes here and there, because they have other stuff to do. Which means there are make-up classes at other times. Right.

So, while it looks like I get out early on Tuesdays, that day is actually just used to make up classes that I should have had other times. We even had to make up classes that we missed LAST semester!!!

I've had to cancel a dentist's appointment 3 times so far. So I pushed it back to March 11 (it was originally for Jan 28!, then Feb 4 and then Feb 11). Well, I'm going to have a class cancelled on Feb 28 - and because we have the next Tuesday off for Mardi Gras, it looks like that make up class will be on the afternoon of - March 11!

I'm just so tired of this place putting students DEAD LAST. We have construction and jackhammers going off during class. But the Chancellor's suite was finished first, and looks like frickin' Oz. Complete with big long ominous hallway leading to it.

The original birthday song I was bitching about is a rap song playing all over MTV and like Top 40 radio. Type "go shorty its your birthday" into Kazaa and you'll get it (although I wouldn't really recommend exposing yourself to it.)

The one that I got on the radio with is something 2 DJ's have done for years in Chicago on WGCI.

It's called "In Da Club" by 50 Cent.

My accounting teacher is driving me (and the rest of my set) up the wall.

A) It's an introductory course for people who have never taken accounting before, yet she expects us to know everything and gets mad at us if we get our journal entries wrong.

B) We are marketing management students, not financial management students - we aren't good number crunchers and are used to a lot of room for creativity.


The 18 year olds in my set who keep calling me old (I'm only 24...).

I am definitely blowing steam here: i think my life would be a lot less stressful if i lived alone.
my roommate is just bugging the crap out of me. she broke up with her serious bf in december and from november to now, she has either has 3 hour phone calls/screaming matches with him or he has come over and duked it out with her either in my living room or in her room. But since the walls are paper thin, i can hear everything they are screaming about. And since they are broken up, I really don't understand WHY they are still fighting over who is seeing so and so on the side. YOU AREN'T TOGETHER! WHY FIGHT OVER IT??? I was pushed to the near edge the other night when she proceeded to SCREAM at her ex over the phone while in the living room. I gathered my stuff and left. I really shouldn't have to do that cuz I am paying for rent in this apartment, I should deserve some respect.
All last year, my roomie also had issues with money, but never got a job and sometimes was very late with the rent. Now she has a job, a few credit cards and is blowing all of her cash. She recently bought a computer that she doesn't know how to use and wants to sign up for a Cable modem. I don't have a job this semester to focus on graduation so money is a bit tight. But yet she expected me to pay for 2/3s of the phone bill because I had my dial up connection and more for the electric bill because my computer is the sole reason our bill went from $6 during the summer when no one was hear to $20 when two of us were here. Well that's all gonna change now that she logs onto the internet every time she is home.
She also used to nitpick everything from the way I cleaned the apartment, cooked my food, washed the dishes, drove, etc. Of course she doesn't put her dishes away for a number of days and doesn't help clean the apartment. In fact, I got a msg from her saying I left the sink sponge unsqueezed in the sink but yet she has not put her dishes away for the past day.

I know she is going thru some issues with her ex but talking to her is near impossible because when she is home, she is talking to him, locked in her room, or asleep. And then she disappears for weekends.
I don't wanna strain the relationship anymore by saying I can't live with her anymore cuz it's driving me nuts. I almost feel guilty because she doesn't really have anywhere to go because she is from out of state. But I just can't do it anymore. I want to move out!

Ok, sorry I'm gonna rant for a minute:

1. Why are guys such jerks? They think there masters of the freaking universe or something!!
2. Just because your my ex makes you think you have the right to tell me who I can and can not be friends with.
3. Oh and by the way, women are not like guys we can be friends with someone of the opposite sex without wanting to jump on into bed with them.
And finally;
4. I move 6 hours away from all my problems, and what do I run into???? Something from my freaking past that conects all of everything together so that I can't get the hell away from it all!!!!!
ARGGGGGG!!!! I hope life gets better soon!!!!

I'm sick and f-ing tired of students at the high school who do nothing but BITCH about the fact that they hate school. Big f-ing deal, we all had to do it, and they act like they are the only people in the world who could possibly understand what it's like to be in school...Well kiddies, try having a full-time teaching job, and taking 9 GRADUATE units! Then you have something real to bitch about, not the 10 minutes of homework you barely get a day.

I hate the fact that people keep telling me that I am getting old, even though I'm NOT! I'm not even 27 yet, I still have 5 days left of being 26. And 27 is not old.

And I HATE the birthday song. It BLOWS.

I hate it when students talk back, especially when you catch them writing on their desks and they refuse to clean it off, who the f do you think you are you little f-ers!

AHH!Thank god it's a 3 day weekend. I need a break.
