FIRST AND FINEST! Go get 'em!

Well, I have the update for Valpo-- Eta Psi has two new alphas!

Recruitment was tiny-- 84 women for seven sororities, with quota set at 11 near the end of the week. We took two wonderful women through formal! We were a little down, since four groups took quota and the others took ten and nine women each.

The chapter is decent at COB, so that's starting soon!

Anyone know about recruitment results for the other schools above?

Hanover's Recruitment was moved to the 23rd, 24th and 25th. Bid Day will be on Sunday the 26th, I will hopefully have an update then!!!!!

Emory's recruitment starts this Saturday, January 18th! Everybody is excited! It will be different than in past years b/c we have to hold it in the fraternity houses. Some of our lodges are under construction!

The Alpha Chi chapter at UCLA has 12 new alphas!!!

Furman just had recruitment and has new alphas - not sure how many though - anyone know??? i saw on a post in the rush forum that someone's friend went adpi :D

we just cor'ed at least four more girls tonite! there's a chance we might have been able to take more since we had a couple girls graduate this past fall semester.... with these four girls, we got quota now!!!! 16 alphas :D i'll let you know if there are more! Yay HB!!!!!

Valpo is also doing some COR right now... hopefully we'll have some great new alphas soon!

Congratulations to all the chapters on their new alphas! What is the secret to your recruiting success? Maybe we can all share the ideas :)

I have *no* idea... not like the chapter got close to quota, but they just got two new Alphas at Valpo, and the chapter *hasn't actually started COB yet*!!!

Ten sisters and five PNMs went bowling the other day, they decided to offer two bids, and the girls accepted! The alpha ceremony was supposed to be last night, so I'm thinking we have four alphas right now.

I am *SO PSYCHED* for the chapter!!! It seems like they've got some great alphas who already want to go recruit people themselves! Tons of spirit and energy, a positive attitude, and a lot of nudging in the right places. :)

Just an update....Phi Chapter at Hanover College has 16 new Alphas!!!! We are extremely excited since quota was 16.....:)

Just to let everyone know, Ripon College ADPi's not only got quota, 15, but also three more! That makes it 18 and we hit total! We are all so excited and we are not done yet!

I would also like to add that these are all quality girls, we don't go for quantity!

Well on an informal spring recruitment side of things, Epsilon Xi chapter is extending 9 bids today. I will find out in an hour how many were excepted. Hopefully all.

Hope it went well! Even if you get one quality woman, that's someone who will help your chapter shine!

We are excited as a chapter since all 9 girls excepted bids...And we put all 9 through alpha last night...

Hello all!! I have not been able to get one moment free in about a month and half to post here, and I've been very frustrated by that fact..
However, I am so pleased that my first post in a very long time is designed to give big props to Rho Chapter, Boston University.I just talked to a very good ADPi Boston friend and she infomed me that they had an amazing rush, with incredibly high (90% for third night) return rates and now have welcomed 25 new women as Alphas of Alpha Delta Pi! Go BU!!!

hey yall i think u of md got 11 new alphas through recruitment... i'm sure they'll be cob'ing since quota was higher than that so good luck to u of md and congrats to the new alphas!

i just heard from a sister at pitt, AI just got 8 new alphas :D yay AI!

Valpo sent me an email last night-- they successfully bid another fine woman, bringing their total to five alphas!

Southwest Texas State University does not have a formal spring rush but we did manage to snap bid 5 girls they are so cute!

Y'all simply amaze me - truly!! We were the WORST at COB!!! I am just thrilled when any chapter finds some Alphas through open rush!!

Congratulations to ALL of Y'ALL!!!!!

Valpo Update!
 

Great news from the Eta Psi chapter-- two days before Spring Break, they had another alpha ceremony for TWO new alpha members!

This brings the spring total up to seven-- four who have just initiated as delta members, and three who are still alphas. Quota was 11, so we're getting a lot closer!

This thread really gets you pumped up. :eek: It is great to hear how all the chapters are doing. It sounds like most people are having a great COR. I know the Valpo girls are all really excited and are staying motivated. I think that is the key. Get people involved who are motivated and want to share ADPi with anyone who will listen. Keep up the great work everyone. I can't express how much your hard works helps to keep PI members involved. Your motivation is contagious at ALL levels!
