What a GREAT thread! I would like to add that some of my best friends are Chi-O's (btw - you ladies are fabulous at Iowa and Western Michigan:D) and you are consistently one of the #1 sought-after houses during rush, you always earn sisterhood and fraternal excellence awards at Greek honors, and your sisters on panhellenic always keep our greek system tops.

I love those Chi-O girls :)

there have been chi-o's at both schools i've been at now and i swear that both groups were outstanding ladies that represent their sorority beyond words. excellent girls - and a wonderful national organization (second only to my own!!! :) )

Hey, both my older sisters are Chi Omegas, so Chi-O is definitely awesome! :)

I didn't always get along with the Chi-O who lived across the hall from me when we lived together last year, but we're good friends now!!!! I love the Gc Chi-Os and most of the Chi-O's at my school, plus 2 of my cousins are members of the organization!

I'm fairly new to GreekChat, and I just wanted to add to the Chi-O shout out thread. One of my SAI sisters is also a Chi-O and I don't know what I'd do without her. Girls, don't let haters get you down!

But even if I didn't know a single Chi O, I would still think that people who put down others' orgs. are completely lame.

I haven't had the chance to meet any of the Chi-O's at my school, but considering every Chi-O I have met here are GC are really awesome, I wouldn't think it would be any different.

I love the chi os at my school! I have some really good friends in it and my formal date was a chi o, and I can honestly say that it was the best time ive ever had at one of my formals, she was so awesome! the girls rock!!!

The Chi-O's I know are beautiful, intelligent women, who are also sarcastic and funny as hell. Chi O is an awesome organization with an awesome philanthropy. You guys are great!

Thank you so much for the kind words, everyone. I guess we should (in a weird sort of way) take it as a compliment that there are those who want so desperately to take us down.....after all, those who are envious or feel inferior often try to make themselves feel better by pulling the best down to their level. But everyone gets tired of having cheap shots leveled at them, and we've had our share!!!!!!

I just want to say that the members of GC are the very best examples of panhellenic love and fraternal love I have ever seen. The warmth, friendship, and support that flows between all of our fantastic chapters is a bond that no level of pettiness can break. You guys are consistently showing the class and compassion that make GC such a great place to hang, in spite of all the "spam" that filters in from time to time.

I have been entertaining family all weekend and just logged onto GC to see a "Chi Omega Rocks my World" thread! How touched I was to see the support from our Greek friends here. Thank you for the kind words!

In my signature is my favorite line from our Symphony. I try to live by it every day. This is definitely a situation where it holds true! Thanks again for your support!

Being a recruitment counselor sure helped to learn other sorority songs!!

a friend of mine is a former president of the XO chapter at Sam Houston-she is the sweetest and is so darn funny-a great asset to your sorority. She is a classy lady just like the XO's here at GC!!!
