Tupac 6.16.71 - 9.13.96
. . . that it was safe to say no more 2Pac records to be released, you get proven wrong.
2Pac's newest CD will be out November 26 with tracks he recorded from 94-96. I swear yall HE is the hardest working corpse I know. If he comes back after next September,   I will be a freaking mazed. |

Girl, Now you know 2Pac ain't dead...:D He is living in Compton somewhere waiting for the Machaveli 7 year theory to pass:p :D |
Okaaaayy...So just to start off I'm not crazy or nothin...but I was talking to one of my friends the other day and Tupac came up...and he told me he's one of the FEW firm believers that Tupac is still alive:eek: ...So at first I thought "whatever get over it" ...But then he had me thinking yall forrealforreal...It hasn't even been 7 years since he was killed...and yall know about the whole 7day theory...So to make an INCREDIBLY LONG  (2hrs) conversation short...I'm going to wait till Sept. 13 2003 EXACTLY 7years before I start automatically dismissing ideas that he's still alive. Cause the way he was talking Tupac in Cuba chillin makin CD's gettin ready to head back next year!!!

I've had students in the past write 5 paragraph persuasive essays citing evidence from his videos and songs that he is still alive.

Gina, I guess we were posting at the same time. :) |
This one is a bit far fetched, but people really are nuts nowadays. We heard that a company named CloneAid Corporation is trying to get Tupac's baby teeth from his mother to actually make a clone of the rapper using his DNA. We even found a petition online supporting this crazy scheme:

I've heard my kids today talking about how 2Pac is still alive and everything, and as I was listening to them I thought that if they put as much effort into trying to behave at home and making better grades in school as they did in trying to convince me that 2Pac is still alive, then my job will be a lot easier!! :p

AMEN!

There was a website that had posted picutures of 2Pac's "autopsy." They also had pictures of MLK's and some other nasty and gross things. I didn't mean to gross nobody out but to my knowledge, there is PHYSICAL proof that 2Pac is indeed DEAD and that he ain't coming back on 09.13.2003.
|
Personnally I think Elvis is working harder. He has been dead every bit 20+ years and he just released a hits compilation.
|
Tomorrow marks the 7th anniversary of TuPac's Death. . .will he come back.
Russ Parr n em said watch TRL or 106 & Park. :o |
I always thought Tupac might have been alive because in his song "God Bless the Dead,'' released in 1998, he says, ``Rest in peace, Biggie Smalls, referring the Notorious B.I.G., who died six months after him, among other questionable lyrics which lead me to think that just maybe, he is alive somewhere.
However, in this months issue of XXL Magazine, Afeni (Shakur) talks about raising Tupac and how she recently buried his ashes. She also talks about how at first she was upset at people believing he is still alive but she understands how his music has touched so many. Producers and Artists such as The Outlawz talk about what it was like to work with Tupac and how creative and hard working he was in the studio. There is also the Tupac Center for the Arts which is currently being developed. (See below) ---> Help Build the Tupac Amaru Center for The Arts <--- We need your prayers, ideas, & financial support as we build the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for Arts (TASCA) to offer all types of artists (entertainers, educators, recreational, theatrical, etc) around the world a place to unite and network with one another. In addition, the Center will honor the work of Tupac and his enormous impact on the world. Visitors will be able to better understand the calling on Tupac's life through the Museum & Art Gallery. The site is situated on a beautiful wooded 10 acre property complete with a onsite lake. The Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts will be located in Stone Mountain (suburban Atlanta), Georgia were most of his family has lived for nearly a decade and where Tupac owned a home shortly before his murder. The Center will be built in three phases. PHASE 1- Visitor Center Tupac Museum/Art Gallery, Learning Center, & Screening Room The first phase of the Center will feature an interactive museum showcasing highlights from 2PAC's public life and never before released personal belongings, an art gallery, community meeting space, & classrooms. A screening room is planned as a part of the museum and will feature film premeries, video history on Tupac, & special taped messages from friends & supporters of Tupac. Phase One of the Center is slated for completion in 2003! Phase 2- Tupac Theater The Centerpiece will be a 300-400-seat theater. The theater will be available for plays, productions, and film premiers among other things. Phase 3- Artist Village & Peace Garden Near the lake located on the property an area where artists from various genres (painters, sculptures, writers, etc) can develop pieces for display at the Tupac Museum/Art Gallery. A landscaped peace garden will be designed as a place of reflection and a way to honor victims of violence. More info can be found at the official website http://www.2paclegacy.com |
I was just reading something about this the other day...
http://rap.about.com/library/weekly/...ries090902.htm "Many believe that the meaning behind the 'seven day theory' (part of the album's title) is 2Pac will return September 2003… seven years after his death." |
102 Jamz radio station is calling tomorrow "Pac Watch" :D

I personally don't believe that Tupac is still alive but I have family who would physically hurt me if I said that to their face. We'll just have to watch, wait and see......but I'm not holding my breathe!
|
What's Your favorite TUPAC song?
I have 2 Brenda's Got a Baby Ambitionz Az A Ridah |
I would have to say that I liked just about every one of Tupac's songs...either for the beat or for the lyrics.
|
I have a few.....
I'd Ratha be ya N*gga
Changes Dear Mama Keep ya head up! Q |
I just remembered another one. . .Can Ya Get Away . . .let me turn it on now :D
|
Ambitionz Az A Ridah
Me and My Girlfriend Also the ENTIRE 2 Cassettes of "All Eyez on Me" (I was on my way to go buy the tapes - I had been saving up to buy it :p - when I turned on the radio and heard exactly these words: "It's official folks...Tupac Shakur is dead." I never forgot that because it was weird...I was on my way to buy the tape, turned on the radio and heard those words. I had to stop the car and pause for a bit because I couldn't believe it. :( ) |
Cool Thread
I have always liked Me and My girlfriend. I love when artists use metaphors in their music. I think that rhyme was the epitome of hard, rough, edgy and gangsta. Using Lil Kim I thought was quite ingenious and appropriate given her background.

Oh, and my favorite song is "I Ain't Mad At Cha." My mother actually likes the song so I can't seem to get away from it. |
I was one of the people awaiting the Makaveli return. :( I guess I can let it go. :(
My favorite song is Only God Can Judge Me. |
Man anything that sexy man dropped is a favorite of mine. But that Me and My Girlfriend just does something to me each time I see it.
I must admit, I too held out hope that someone would spot him. But about 2 years ago Danny Boy ( the one that sings the hooks on I Ain't Mad At Cha) was on a local radio station and said his guy was infact no more.... I believe him. |
Ambitionz Az A Ridah
Hail Mary Against All Odds No More Pain After seeing the autoposy pics, I have finally come to the realization that 2Pac is NOT, and I repeat is NOT coming back. That is all.... |
