It’s time for a new season. Unfortunately, depending on how this research program I’m in goes, I won’t be posting as much. It just depends on how much of my time it demands. We shall see. It doesn’t look too terrible though.

But, since Blue Boy is on the sidelines now, maybe my Vikings might make it to a Super Bowl and win! :p

Kansas City always comes out on top. They seem to always do it towards the end when they’re losing too.

For the first time yesterday a neighbor put a large, inflated 'pumpkinhead-wearing-a-Minnesota Vikings Helmut' lawn decoration outside :)

And down the way, another neighbor's lawn sports the same type of inflatable for the Buffalo Bills :cool:

Honestly, I'm not sure *anyone* had the Commanders 4-1 and in second place in the NFC after five games. Now I'm wondering what sort of odds I could have gotten if I had bet on that before game one. (Btw, the Commanders were 4-13 last year, so they've matched their win total from last year)

Ok, so the Lions are like my secondary team if my Vikings just totally tank. But it’s not like I want the Lions to beat my Vikings, so I gave them a light cheer, so they’d only be jinxed whenever they play against my Vikings. They can beat the other teams, just not my Vikings. See? lol

At the Tigers ALDS game on Wednesday night, the crowd started chanting "Jared Goff" at one point. We do love our teams :)

Woohoo! My Vikings dress came! I’m so excited to wear it Sunday. As soon as I got home from work, I saw the box in front of the door, and I knew it was my Vikings dress. :)

No, unfortunately. It’s just the dress. But of course, I’m going to do my hair in the medieval Vikings braided style though. :p

I got it on Amazon. I wanted a purple one, but they didn’t have it in that color. They had it in other colors and blue. When I saw the blue one, I was like, no way! That’s Lions colors! Won’t be wearing that one.

I’m going to laugh if the Vikings lose haha. Detroit has a better QB than the Vikings so she’ll be all decked out in her Vikings dress, only to watch her team lose. I hope she doesn’t do any cheerleading for the Cowboys. They’ll tank if she does.

I think you’re right about Detroit though. I don’t think Darnold is all that great of a QB.
