Several alums have told me about this one woman from HQ who screwed it up from day one.

DU Expansion
 

DU will expand to Washington State , Tufts, Tennessee at Knoxville and Nevada-Reno in 2021-2022.

Sigma Nu is returning to Cornell this fall.

Zeta is coming to UW Madison this fall.

Just a probably dumb question-generally, what factors are a part of the decision of a school to invite more sororities to the campus?

NM class sizes have been getting larger and larger over the last few years, unsustainably large chapter totals, and also sometimes they have a local who would like to affiliate with an NPC organization. My campus opened for expansion when we had all three factors in play.

I've gathered, from reading GC posts over past few years, there are limited times when an NPC chapter closes and simultaneously makes an agreement with its specific campus to return in a defined number of years. Sometimes that means no other NPC will be invited onto that campus until that specific group reestablishes.

Phi Kappa Tau officially announced our return to Miami University (Alpha) and Muhlenberg University (Eta) during the 2021-22 school year. No dates were announced.

FIJI at the University of Nebraska is under investigation and has been told to suspend operations after a sexual assault linked back to the chapter was reported this week.
Today, UNL also closed the chapters house which I'm still uncertain what that means as it is not owned or operated by the University. It mostly like means, they will at least lose a status which allows freshmen to live in. Last night, there was a protest outside of their chapter house which was estimated to have about 1000 people in attendance.

I was going to make a thread about this in the risk management forum. This whole situation is horrible.

Sigma Sigma Sigma closed the chapter at the University of North Carolina. Closure is due to low membership numbers.

The Sigma Chi chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at Hartwick College is listed as closed on the AOTT website, and is no longer listed as a greek organization on the school's website.

Does anyone have updates on NPC expansions that were slated before COVID? is Alpha Gamma Delta still going to start a new chapter at Univ. of Ark? What about Alpha Chi Omega going on to Ole Miss? DG returning to Clemson?

AGD is not going forward at Arkansas.

Alpha Chi is going to colonize next year and DG is going to start their separate recruitment soon!

Wow, do you know what happened? Quota this year was ridiculously high, the school really should have more sororities.

The university backed out of the house deal and a sorority can't be competitive at Arkansas without a sizable house.

Pi Kappa Alpha will be returning to the University of New Hampshire this fall.

Alpha Phi is colonizing at the University of Colorado-Denver and
Angelo State University (TX) in Spring 2022 per an email sent by the executive office. We will be the first sorority at CU-Denver.
