I got asked this at a job interview last night, and I thought why not ask it of all of you. I'll wait for your responses then tell you what I said.

Anal-- I kind of like things done my way. When i am doing a job i can't relax. I want to work hard and get it done. No fooling around. This is one thing i would like tochange about me. It's a good and bad quality. I hate these questions in interviews.
