HC according to this eyewitness, the FBI is WRONG? HC this eyewitness admittedly did not get a clear view of the head (so as to see whether they were clean-shaven or not)? HC the witness's view was obstructed by a HELMET? HC this witness DID notice that the perpetrator was not white at all? HC the witness noted that the sniper was, in fact, BLACK? HC the witness spotted the perpetrator perched on top of a building? HC the witness proceeded to hustle indoors, so as not to become an easy target? HC LOL?? HC LOL?? HC LOL??
