I have a friend who grew up in a really teeny farm town. The only things to do there were smoke up and jerk off. They'd literally do both. Ah the circle jerk. It ranks up there with oogie cookie and soggy cracker. I've never heard of people doing it for fun though and have heard about it in hazing incidents for sure. Usually they all race to do it on some food item, and the last guy who busts has to eat a slice of pizza/a cookie/a cracker with a cream topping.
