i have to think about the concept on this one.

as far as the PAGE ITSELF, design wise, that first page needs some work. I had to highlight the page just to read the content. I think i saw some misspellings too.

I don't get it....what is the purpose of joining this sorority? What do they do? What are their principles? Fun? You can have fun in life without being in a sorority....:rolleyes:

It appears that it's basically a group of friends or people that want to make friends... But I'm :confused: on why they chose to jock the style of the D9 and name their clique/crew a sorority...

Well, if this is what "tickles their fancy", more power to them. I STILL don't quite get the concept of this sorority. However, like SugarNSpice said, to each his or her own.

Well, all I can say is why not do your research and work to join a REAL sorority, instead of starting an online sorority and modeling it after one?
Besides, isn't "me phi me" a term for an independent student?

Hmmm, maybe its just me but I thought it was funny and cute...kinda like how folks on here wanted to start that GC (Gamma Chi) fraternal thing. Nothing serious, just cute. Especially considering that the "Alpha" and "Beta" chapters are located on chat sites! :D RMBAOTF!!! maybe those that wanted the GC org can petition them to start a Gamma chapter here on GC! :D *lol* SIKE!!

Ok They have gone to far! I mean I used to joke around with my friends along long time ago that the only org. I belonged to was Me Phi Me, meaning I am only looking out for myself and haven't decided if greek life was for me. But to have a webpage with founders and Chapter and stuff that has gone to far!

They should join one of the sisterfriend sites if they are looking for friends, fellowship and fun.

It doens't make any sense.... y join an online sorority when they can join a real one? What they can't get in a real one? It seriously takes away from the principles since how can one be considered established when they haven't made any TRUE effort to even establish anything concrete and sincere.

Sorry.. that was my rant. I'm soo not feeling this online sorority deal because I know I worked hard for my letters and am proud of them. It kinda demeans the meaning of the TRUE sorority/fraternal bonds if you know what I'm saying.

A sorority is a sisterhood, right? If folks feel that they can share a sisterhood with folks via the internet, why rain on their parade? Why all of the hostility? If it ain't "real", then it will disappear into cyberspace.

I can only imagine the kind of ridicule your (the collective you of all sorority members) faced when they started their sororities--be it on a PWI or when they expanded to these schools.

I never thought they would have to deal with perps. But its not none of my business anyway. Just know that I will not waste my time or energy pretending to be one of these ladies anyway. Besides, all of (me/us) are guys anyway so perping would do us no good... but then again, if I'm on the internet, and they've never met me... how would they know? Yeah, it took me a while, ok? But I saw the sight, and I don't really know what to say about that jazz. But, um, Soror Prayerfull, you know you clownin, right? Why the alliteration for Beautific Beta chapter and not for Mighty Alpha Chapter? And how do you become an alumni? It said that chapter was for General Members made in Alpha or Beta chapter. Now, research they did, right? Ne'ermind... I'ma let that go.

When they get to college and there is no chapter of the org they want to join (I'm not bitter or nothin'), they will have the ONLINE experience to start a new chapter. :p
