I definitely agree with that one...my roommate and I did a poll on our floor my freshman year and pretty much everyone agreed.

I also think "Black" by Pearl Jam would be really good.

I was having this conversation with a guy and he suggested Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries (the song played when Lt. Col. Kilgore's troops attack in Apocalypse Now, as in, "I love the smell of Napalm in the morning... it smells like victory.") I suggested that this piece was more likely what a guy might listen to in his car on his way over to the girl's house if he knew he was gonna get laid. :D

A poll of my freshman year dorm showed that the number one choice for lovemaking music was the Braveheart soundtrack.

It depends on the mood. If you're trying to get the girl into bed, it's all about a mix between U2, Counting Crows, and crap like John Mayer.

If you've already slept with her and it's getting boring, you start using stuff with more beats. I like to go for Trip Hop like Massive Attack in such a situation.

If it's purely physical, I'll turn on the tv, bust out a hoggie, and forget about the music.

another vote for DMB's "...Crowded Streets." There was actually an article on best songs to **ck to and this album was it cuz you didn't have to worry about changing a CD for different moods. It just kinda flows.

If you want the "makin love" stuff: U2 is good, Enya, Dido... my ex played this one singer from Ireland or something. Lorena McKenitt or something... bugged me :rolleyes:

That makes no sense. What if you go out and hear those two genres of music at a disco, do you feel like having sex the whole time you're in the disco? I can understand a little bit of LTJ Bukem, Aphrodite or AK1200 for the the set off, but thats about all who might could pull it off. Jade might be able to swing it. She's one of those dj's that spins naked and makes her music feel sexy.

I can't imagine anyone having sex to Happy Hard Core. That stuff gives me a headache just testing it out. The people I could possibly picture having sex to that would be Ravers.
