New colony in Texas
 

Greetings everyone!
Colonization for a new DPhiE chapter has been scheduled for Columbus Day weekend this year at Texas A&M University Kingsville! We are very excited and anxious to become part of your sisterhood!

I am really excited for your colony....we heard nothing but good things at Convention about you all!! I know a few sisters from our chapter will be heading out there this Fall to aid you ladies during your Fall Recruitment! Wow! It's so awesome to have so much support! Thank you so much! We have been working hard all summer to make sure everything works out for us in the Fall. Our school hasn't had national (let alone *international*) sororities in quite some time, and we are very dedicated to making this happen!

The one suggestion that I have would NOT make the site entirely Flash based. Not everyone has it or wants it and those connecting from University-owned computers probably wouldn't have it either. If you want to use Flash, then I would suggest you offer Flash and HTML versions of your site and let users select which site to visit from your front page.

Kingsville - soon to be Mu Colony
 

It is only 7:48am in Kingsville TX right now, just 7 hours after bid matching..I got a voice mail from our chapter consultant that we took Quota+1 for a total of 10 new women last night!!!

This brings their total to 19 amazing women and they will COB over the next few weeks to at least 25 women. Colonization is scheduled for October 12.

I am sooo proud of them!

Today is the colonization for the Mu Colony!!!

I called them up to say *~Congratulations~*! I'm so proud of them!

They got 10 amazing new members, for a total of 29!

I was just reading your posts and I was so happy and excited to see all your concerns and best wishes. The weekend went awesome, we are all very excited! It's been a long weekend and we are all very tired, but it was all worth it. Thanks you so much again for you support, you all are great!
