For all you single guys and gals, what do you like most about the single life?

I like the fact that...

I can have peace of mind.

I can come and go as I please, with whom I please. :)

I can get in touch with myself more.

I have more free time to do the things that I like to do.

I don't have to feel bad if I don't cook. :)

I can leave my shoes all over my apartment if I want to!!!!!

Okay, I love the single life because:

I see my peeps who are in "situations" and they are on LOCK DOWN. Gotta ask PERMISSION to go somewhere! No-no! Being single, like Ideal08 said, I come and go as I please!

I can flirt without feeling guilty! :D

Since I'm single...

1) I can perfect DEL to be the person that she needs to be spiritually, physically, mentally, etc.

2) I don't have to worry about having petty arguments

3) I can kick it with my girls as late as I want without being interogated

4) Like Ideal...I'm not Emiril (I don't get excited about cooking every day).

Forgive me for interjecting, but we all do not interrogate like the Gestapo!!!!!

I love being single because:

I don't have to shave my legs if I don't feel like it.
I can hang out whenever, wherever, with whomever.
I can be just plain ole Bamboozled, without apology.
I don't always care if my panties and bra match.
I don't have to explain myself or my actions to anybody.
I get to meet lots and lots of new men.

Yes, this is superficial, but I enjoy being single because:

I don't have to deal with the neuroses in other people's head. I've got enough issues of my own :p

Free time. If I want to go to L.A. or San Diego, I can. If I want to go thrifting, I can.

I can get my cocktail on if need be.

I can travel pretty much at any time of the year.

I can dress for myself. Don't have to listen to a manperson's whims.

I love being single because:

I've got an abundance of ME time.

I've got my whole apartment to myself.

I can cook when I get hungry.

I can clean when I want to clean.

I can have a 'tude and not hear, "It must be that time of the month".

I can watch A Dating Story, A Wedding Story, A Baby Story, A Makeover Story, Soapnet and Lifetime all weekend.

Yes, yes, yes. All of the above are reasons enough to stay single. Don't forget to add Trading Spaces to the list.

I love being single because:

I can enjoy my sleep without having to worry about fighting over a blanket or snoring.

I don't have to put up the BS my non-single friends put up with.

I can take my time when I'm shopping and I don't have to worry about someone nagging me to hurry up.

When alcohol makes me to crazy things, I don't have to feel guilty at the end of the night. :D This is my favorite one!

The only person I have to keep track of is me

I can go on random dates

I can dance as much as I want in any fashion I like without guilt or consequences

I can live a slightly more stress and anxiety free life!!

Bamboozled and delph998, I got so excited I forgot the most important show on TLC-Trading Spaces. :D

I love being single......

because like everyone else says,

I can date who i want when i want
and do whatever i want with whom i want, when i want

not answer to anyone

USE THE SAME LINES ON MEN (THAT has been used on me),

get up and go to the club on a whim without waiting for a boyfriend to say, yes or no that he wants to go too.

....because I can quickly hang up the phone when one person says, well I had planned to.......(I say, okay that's cool, do what you gotta do, call me next week sometime and quickly hang up) and call the next person on the list.

and last but not least, when the person I'm dating get caught with another girl, when you made plans to go out that same night but he called and cancelled, The next time I'm out and he's there I'll hook up with his best friend or roommate, talk and dance all night long with them, exchange numbers and act like nothing has never happpend. ;)

After all I am single.
OH YEAH and
dinner or lunch is free. :p

LOL Someone had to go here. I don't like being single personally, but that's just me. I recognize the goods and bads of a relationship, but its all a part of the equation. If I can't have some personal time, watch what I want sometimes, not be completely on point 100% of the time, and not shave...well, I don't have leg hair, guess I got lucky!!!!...then I don't need to be with him (that might be why I'm still single LOL) I don't like to shop unless I need something, I like sports, I cook, I won't spend up your money, and I pamper (as long as its returned).

But, to get back on topic for a second, what I DO like about being single is being able to be lazy every now and again.

Okay, let me find my equilibrium! There are plenty of things that I love about being single:

I can eat Cap'n Crunch with crunchberries for dinner.

I don't have to pick up my socks until I feel like it.

I can... uh....

I just broke up with my boyfriend so it's been a while since I've been single. I guess for the most part meeitng new people.

1. I can concentrate on my school work.

2. I can play my XBox 360 without her complaining that I've been playing it too long.

3. I can watch NASCAR in peace.

4. I can decorate my place the way I want it.

5. I'm a neat freak so I don't have to pick up after anyone.
