try to kick that HABIT
We all have habits that are hard to get rid of!! I was wondering what habits have you been trying your very best to get rid rid of!! My personal BAD habits inculde:
1. smoking- picked it up during finals nicotine (sp) helps me stay awake 2. junk food- I never think I'm going to knock that one out 3. during things at the last minute 4. Talking back- I have always had an mouth on me for the exception toward my elders 5. Never saving money |
PROCRASTINATION
I also stress really easily and I end up getting migraine headaches because of that. |
well...
1. Laughing at strangers
2. Getting lost (too proud to ask for directions) 3. Talking way too much 4. Procastinating 5. Eavesdropping 6. Planning for things I end up not doing out 7. Teasing my little cousin |

I think black people have a bad habit of talking about each other period! ;)
Mine are: 1. Being afraid of committment 2. Always having to be in control 3. Not having any patience 4. Laziness...I'm addicted to sleep! 5. Not making time for my friends and family! |

Bad Habits
My bad habits are these:
1. Junk food: I love candy, ice cream (can we say Ben and Jerry's?), cookies (esp. chocolate cream Oreos), potato chips, fast food. I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding in February 2003 and my doctor put me on a 1200 cal. diet and it's HARD!! Mickey D and I are seeing other people, Ben and Jerry keep calling me with 2 for $5 specials at the grocery store, potato chips now cause cancer so I've heard, and the candy in the vending machines on campus are nasty, but the Oreos.... Ask me how many times my fiance and I have fought over cookies this week :) 2. Thinking too much: I need to stop trying to make sense out of the cartoons. Sometimes I need to turn my brain on low function :) |

1. Procrastination- I always wait until the very last minute for everything
2. Not following through on what I say I am going to do 3. Eating too much pasta and rice (I love Carbs) 4. Only drinking Pop or Soda depending on where you ae from! 5. Not drinking water or milk 6. Being a cry baby And the list goes on and on!!!! |

Well I kicked one big habit coming up on 8 years ago...my Marlboro lights habit
I am a nail biter and the only thing that stopped that is getting my nails done...acrylic tips Other bad habits I would like to get rid of: Flying off the handle (shooting first and asking questions later) Procrastination starting something and not finishing it not drinking enough water (or any fluid for that matter) emotional eating holding grudges, even when people SO deserve it |

1. Not saying what I have to say and being done with it. Especially if you don't react to me the way I think you should. (I am sure my husband would appreciate this!)
2. Giving it to God for real, and not going back and editing it! He does not need my assistance. 3. Stop allowing my son to eat so many refined foods, I think he may turn into a Pop Tart. |

I need to stop: procrastinating letting my laundry pile up the poor management of my time driving fast not washing my car worrying about what other people think of me wonderful1908 hit the nail on the head with this: 2. 2. Stop eating sweets all the time--->I am addicted to sugar:( 3. Stop drinking soda----->I love Pepsi 4. Stop being so lazy 5. Stop being afraid to do things by myslef----->I went to the gym by myself today!!!! I am slowly but surely improving. 6. Stop being such a procrastinator 7. Stop cursing completely----->an occasional bad word will slip out 8. Stop having sex with my boyfriend.----->this is going to be very tough but he supports and understands.:D 9. Stop worrying about everything----->leave it up to God. 10. Stop picking and chewing on my lips----> it looks gross when I do it |
